You can prepare lots of these protein-filled breakfast jars at one time so choosing a healthy breakfast or on-the-go snack is a no brainer. Just add milk. SIMPLE.

My personal trainer, Kim Kelly, showed me this recipe and let me say – it fills you up. REALLY fills you up. Between the fiber, protein and carbs you will be set. I typically eat 1/2 of this before a workout and the other half after.

MASON JAR BREAKFAST RECIPE:

+ mason jars
+ 1 1/2 scoops protein powder
+ 2 tablespoons steel cut oats
+ 7 scoops gg cracker crumbles ( more here
+ pumpkin spice / cinnamon
+ organic nut milk
+ optional: coconut flakes

  3. This is pretty good. I would usually make a shake with these ingredients. Of course there’s the clean up after and it takes more than 2 minutes. This is similar to overnight oats. Healthy, tasty and filling.
