ARE YOU READY FOR THE QUICKEST BREAKFAST…EVER?

Ya, we’re talking grab and go. THAT easy.

You can prepare lots of these protein-filled breakfast jars at one time so choosing a healthy breakfast or on-the-go snack is a no brainer. Just add milk. SIMPLE.

My personal trainer, Kim Kelly, showed me this recipe and let me say – it fills you up. REALLY fills you up. Between the fiber, protein and carbs you will be set. I typically eat 1/2 of this before a workout and the other half after.

The problem with our aging skin is it begins to lose its natural ability to produce collagen, which is what allows our skin to remain smooth and wrinkle-free. Laser treatments work to restore our skin’s ability to heal itself and fill in these fine lines through natural processes.
