I have a dirty, little secret…
I AM OBSESSED WITH PREGNANCY BOOB TUBE.
AND…NO I’m not pregnant.
NO we’re not trying to get pregnant.
& NO, this isn’t sponsored.
Butttt yes, I’m obsessed with rubbing boob tube on my tits. Like the stuff for pregnant women.
Bear with me before you judge.
Because who knows? Maybe after this post you’ll be rubbing boob tube on your twins next week too.
My relationship with this product began after Khloe Kardashian RAVED about Kourtney’s magic, all-natural boob tube. Khloe said:
“Kourtney got me into all these Mama Mio products that are all natural—I think she used them when she was breast-feeding. Their names are really cute—there is one that’s called the Shrink to Fit Cellulite Smoother that I like. I use one of their other products called the Pregnancy Boob Tube every day. It’s got avocado oil and shea butter so when your boobs are growing you don’t get stretch marks. I like it though, because it tightens your neck, too. I’ve been using it everyday for a year. Now people always ask me, ‘Why do you have this?’ hinting as if I’m trying to have a baby, and I’m like, ‘No, no. It’s just because I fuckin’ like it’.”
WHEN I READ THIS I DIED.
Basically I’ve been rubbing avocado on my tits since high school because I feel like it’s preventative. I know that sounds weird but seriously guys, rubbing oil on your boobs prevents stretch marks. I swear I’m not crazy.
Anyway. When I heard about this all-natural product for pregnant people, I did my research, added it to my Amazon cart, & patiently waited for my boob lube.
Currently four months later AND I’M OBSESSED. I use it every night. Seriously. It’s a nightly ritual. Like brushing my teeth.
But rubbing my boobs.
Their policy is to make your teets aim north, not south.
I’m very much for that policy, thanks.
You guys know I’m always searching high & low for quality products to put on the blog. But literally I ALWAYS have my eyes & ears open ( you’d be surprised the secret tips & tricks you can learn on a subway, at the vet’s office, &/or in line at In & Out…I swear I pick up shit everywhere ).
So after being a guinea pig for months, I couldn’t not share this on the blog. It’s just too good.
Oh & not only is the consistency amazing, CHECK OUT THE INGREDIENTS BECAUSE THEY ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD:
Firstly, it’s free from parabens, petrolatum, synthetic fragrance and colourants, xenoestrogens, PEGs, glycols and pthalates.
Ok, check the list:
CoQ10: is nature’s wonderfully powerful antioxidant that helps prevent collagen degradation to stop sagging.
Milk Thistle Extract: a natural antioxidant to help prevent free radical damage to delicate skin to keep it strong.
Organic Evening Primrose, Organic Sweet Almond, Organic Olive, & Avocado Oils: all packed with Omegas, Vitamins D and E. Superbly moisturising, keeping skin firm and elastic.
Organic Shea Butter: is the most potent healing butter; an Omega-rich natural elasticiser that helps stave off sagging.
Organic Rosehip Fruit Oil: increases cell renewal and helps reduce excess pigmentation. Superbly moisturising and healing.
Blueberry Extract Antioxidant: eases skin inflammation and reduces sag by strengthening collagen and improving microcirculation.
Red Cabbage Extract: a wonderful source of Vitamin C and E plus phytonutrients that help fight free radicals and detoxify.
Green Cabbage Extract: helps increase blood circulation to ease swelling and discomfort. For years breast-feeding mums have applied cabbage leaves to their boobs to relieve swelling and pain.
Hibiscus: contains a firming agent, that also calms and smoothes skin, increasing moisture and suppleness.
If that list doesn’t make your nipples hard, I don’t know what will.
Other reasons I’m in love:
♡ What women really love about boob tube is that the appearance of their skin changes so quickly; Within days the skin on your neck, chest and bust will look more toned, healthy, smooth, glowing, & fit.
♡ Protect, cool and soothe pregnant and new mama boobs. Rich in organic Omega oils to hydrate and elasticize & natural firmers and antioxidants to strengthen skin and stop sagging.
♡ Protects delicate skin experiencing cup size changes. Unique Green Cabbage Leaf Extract eases swelling.
♡ Rich in Omega 3, 6 and 9 with nature’s amazing antioxidant, coq10, plus an army of anti aging, skin firming and omega rich ingredients all working overtime to help your skin resist gravity’s pull.
♡ You are so wise to daily dose with boob tube from the top of your neck to below your boobs. Safe to use when pregnant or nursing.

Something that’s safe to use while pregnant or nursing? YES. Love it.
This product is also a neck firmer (!!!). Let’s be honest, everyone should use a little neck firmer now & again. Really though, prevention is key.
Honestly I like this line of products & will be using them A LOT. The next thing on my list is their all natural tightening body serum & cellulite smoother. I feel like this would be awesome on the backs of the legs. Their stuff lasts forever because you just need a little so it’s worth every damn penny. They also carry nipple balm if you’re feeling feisty.
Let me know what you think of this boobie coco butter on crack. I’m pretty positive you guys will fall in love with PREGNANCY BOOB TUBE too, hence the long-ass post.
Any other boob tips I’m missing? Share the wealth.

Reeeeally wish I’d known about this stuff years ago. I’m covered in stretch marks and hate it! Great post. X
This is intriguing! I am in no way near the pregnancy stage of my life, and not really worried about ageing (I’m 18) but I do like the idea of prevention. One question, though, that would be the ultimate decider as to whether I’d splurge on this or not: How long will one tube last (I’d likely to use it on my neck too)?
Thanks for sharing, by the way, and yes, you learn a lot eavesdropping on the subway 🙂

This is awesome! To be honest, I’ve been looking for a good anti-aging cream to use on my neck and chest. I use Retin-A prescription strength on my face, but it’s a B to rub all over the rest of you. The skin on your girls needs support just like your face! One of my fave body creams (Avalon Organics) makes a CoQ10 body cream that’s no nasties and amazing, but this one packs a great punch so I’m going to give it a shot!!
I’ll check this out. Thanks Jill!
I see how the moisture could help skin quality… but if someone is “done growing” in that area I wouldn’t expect stretch marks to be popping up, or the need for preventive measures?? It’s amazing how the stretch marks I got as a teen have faded to nothing. Youth is so resilient!
On the other hand… it could help during your periods when the chest can grow in size due to hormones. I knew a girl who said she grows a cup size! I’m by no means that bad but I’ve definitely felt some discomfort, I think the fluctuations cause stressful stretching of the skin and ultimately having that occur month after month probably damages elasticity and firmness.
It helps a lot during Aunt Flow’s monthly visit!
I’m a bit older so I’ll share some experience with you. Gravity sucks and that includes the girls and that results in stretch marks if you are well endowed. And I have a friend whose weight has varied so she has stretch marks from heavier days. Gonna have to check out this product.
You will love it! x
Just purchased! I’m all about the neck tightening. Thanks for the post!! Xx
Glad you liked it! You will loveeee boob tube.
Hi Lauryn,
This is my first time posting a comment on your site!
I’m a relatively new reader of yours and I think that the first post I actually read was when you talked about shaving your face! I was instantly hooked after that. I just want to say that I love how you always talk about stuff that most other people would never talk about online or even in person with people. I am so self conscious and get embarrassed so easily and I love the stuff you write about because it’s so real!!! You write about all the stuff I want to know about but I would never in a million years have the guts to ask people! You don’t skimp on any details, which is amazing. It’s so refreshing to read content by someone who is so open and honest about their experiences.
Anyway, sorry for going on and for all the exclamation marks, I got a bit carried away. I’m really just so inspired by you haha!
I felt like I had to comment on this post because my boobs are another part of my body that I have issues with and I’m definitely going to give this product a go so I wanted to say thank you for bringing it to my attention 🙂
Anyway,
Yay! I am so glad you liked the post. This comment made my day. Seriously. I really want to connect women through a platform that’s real & talks about real shit. We all have boobs, might as well talk about them ; ). Thank you for the support, Gee. xx
YAS to tit care! I’ve been using clary sage, geranium and grape seed oils on mine for years!
I love Mio skincare products, they are really great for anyone who is into clean products and active lifestyle! I’ve never tried anything from Mama Mio line, but their Boob Tube from main line is fab too and smells really good!
Will it help someone in her 70’s?
Yes!
If this works on your tatas and neck, would it work on your face the same way?? Imagine if this was better than Botox??!
Hmmmm I will definitely try this out! Good call ; ) x
First off I would like to say fantastic blog! I had a quick question that I’d
like to ask if you do not mind. I was curious to find out how you center yourself
and clear your head before writing. I have had a hard time clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out there.
I do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually lost simply just trying to figure out how to
begin. Any suggestions or hints? Cheers!
Part of me hates you because you introduce so many amazing products into my life.. I JUST CAN’T SAY NOOOOOO. ESPECIALLY when it’s all natural. Stop doing this to me woman!
I’ve been using this for two months and already notice changes! Things are getting firmer and moving upward. I also use the nipple balm during my “special” time of month when those girls have a mind if their own. The nipple balm helps with the soreness for me. I can also support Mama Mio Lucky Legs! I use it for my tired legs after standing and grooming dogs 8 to 9 hours a day my boyfriend uses it for his restless leg syndrome! So far I haven’t been disappointed by any of their products!
Would this product be good for someone recovering from a boob job? I am one month post off and read your boob job realness post every now and then and just saw this post at the bottom. What did you use for scars? Would this help? I have been using vitamin E cream and oil. Thanks for all your tips and tricks!!
