The past couple days I have been in Vegas working hard…but also playing hard. In preparation for the trip I included a bunch of snacks to keep nourished & sustain energy: Kind bars [ my pick: blueberry vanilla & cashew ], South Beach diet nuts, DIY trail mix [ which I made last week ], Spry gum [ contains no aspartame ], Annie’s wheat graham crackers, bananas, lemon tarts [ my absolute favorite since high school ] & an apple. These snacks also came in handy for when Michael pretended he had a bout of hypoglycemia [ faker! ]. Viva Las Vegas!

  1. KIND bars are my go to snacks to pack when traveling. Haven’t had that blueberry flavor yet and that needs to change asap!
