Hi, I’m Lauryn & I’m addicted to…

Tupperware.

But super cute, glass tupperware.

Def not the ugly, plastic, BPA-filled fake tupperware things at the grocery store ( read more on the dangers of plastic here ).

I prefer my tupperware to be glass.

& if it has cute floral print or a native print, then I’m totally sold.

( Note: the glass bowls in the picture have top covers so they’re the perfect!)

Anyway, here’s why I’m a total tupperware-whore:

+ It’s so much easier to eat healthy. With tupperware, I’m able to plan my meals ahead of time as opposed to rushing like a psycho. Store quinoa, salad, veggies, fruits, turkey slices, &/or nuts in tupperware & grab when you’re running out the door!

+ It’s convenient. If you’re anything like me you’re always running around. It’s so easy to throw in your handbag. Plus there’s no mess.

+ BYOT. Ya. Bring your own tupperware! Bring it to work, the gym, your boyfriend’s house, etc. It makes life way easier to have a healthy snack when you’re low on energy. And honestly? 7/11 snacks don’t cut it- so keep it healthy & BYOT!

+ If you live alone, it’s GREAT for storage. Plus who doesn’t like opening their fridge & seeing adorable containers filled with clean eats?!

So! Tupperware is key. If you haven’t already, invest in some cutie, pretty glass containers ( like these ) ASAP!

What do you store in your tupperware?

Happy Wednesday <3!

Love.Lauryn

{ ** Note: I found the colorful tupperware ( in the pix ) from Marshall’s & Home Goods- they’re not online…sorry guys :/ }.

    LOVE the bowls!
I too, am a tupperware hoarding whore. I’ve usually got at least one stuffed in my purse/insulated lunch box (hey 4th grade!). My only prob is I ALWAYS lose the lids. I also like using empty glass jars (like when I run out of coconut oil or sunflower seed butter I use those containers) no scary chems and the lids usually make it back!

I was literally just thinking today how great my fridge looks when all my veggies, quinoa, etc is stored nicely in a glass container. Love these ones. Next time I need new containers I am buying these. Cheers. artformoneyssake.blogspot.com

I’m in the same boat as you! I love cute glass containers to hold food! Never seen yours before though. I wish there was a Marshall’s by me so I could scour for some cute tupperware. Will have to keep my eye out now!

I love Tupperware, so much so that I became a consultant 3 months ago. Tupperware has been BPA free for over 5 years, they eliminated it in March 2010 because of consumer concerns for healthy products. I never find any Tupperware ugly, if it’s stained, you just rub it with lemon juice and set it in the sun. If it is sticky or tacky, you rub it with a paste of baking soda and water. You won’t find 10, 20 or even 30 year old containers that are Rubbermaid or other brands at second hand stores, flea markets or estate sales, but you will find Tupperware.

This is NOT Tupperware! The word Tupperware is an actual brand…lol! And that company specializes in Plastic Food Storage containers. Funny!
