  1. This was amazing and so helpful!!!! I’d love to know both of your thoughts on drinking Booch Craft (kombucha that is 7% alcohol).

  2. What are your thoughts on Pinnertest and Everly Well to find out your food intolerance?

  3. hi guys! Is there a link for the powdered fiber you guys said you would link in the show notes from this episode? :*

  4. Loved this podcast! I was wondering if a future topic could be nutrition and fitness tips for people who work 8-5. I liked how she talked about timing of meals like having an early dinner. I usually work out after work and get home by 7, eat at 8, sleep at 1030. I would love to hear you and Michael’s thoughts about staying sane and healthy when you work a desk job.
