    Nice podcast, I have one comment though: French people don´t eat croissants everyday, that´s a myth! It´s full of butter and we know better 🙂 so we usually have it only at the weekends/brunches/romantic breakfasts etc. However we do eat bread everyday, and I grew up hearing my mum say fiber was essential, so there was always veggies on the table.
