Melissa Wood Essentials

  1. Loved your “her tip” of the week. I got an under the desk elliptical to burn some cals, when responding to emails and sitting on conference calls. The elliptical is like $100 on Amazon ??.

  2. I absolutely LOVE how organized your podcast and corresponding blog posts are! I listen to your podcasts while walking to work, and I hear lots of great tips but don’t have access to a computer to jot them down. This recap along with timestamps of when questions were asked is SO helpful – I’m now going back and making a shopping list of the items she recommended. I also love how you asked her for the exact brands she likes, it makes shopping for them so much easier and I’m way more likely to incorporate these new healthy tips when I take the guesswork out of shopping. Thank you so much guys!

    1. I loved this podcast. I feel like I need to get on probiotics and spirulina. What brand does she use?

  3. Your post is very informative for me. I get a proper Idea to form your post. I loved this podcast. I feel like I need to get on probiotics and spirulina. What brand does she use?

  4. There really are many aspects to being healthy. I’m on hiatus from our gym right now, though I do love to go. Some kind of bacteria was being spread from people not wiping machines and it turned me off for a bit from wanting to go.
