Lorna’s Two Ingredient Protein Bites
+ 1 scoop protein powder
+ 2 tbsp nut butter of choice
directions: combine ingredients & make into 4 balls. roll in unsweetened coconut flakes.
Lorna Jane Morning Smoothie
+ cold brew coffee
+ banana
+ water
+ chocolate protein powder
+ collagen powder
+ ice
directions: combine in blender & enjoy.
Lorna’s Mint Chocolate Chip Bliss Balls
+ 1 1/4 c dates, pitted
+ 2 cups almond meal
+ 2 tbsp cacao powder
+ 2-3 drops peppermint oil
+ 2 tbsp nut butter of choice
+ 1/4 c coconut oil, slightly melted
+ 2 tbsp cacao nibs, optional
directions: add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until well combined and sticks together when a ball is made. Measure 1 heaped tbsp of the mixture and roll into a ball. Repeat with all of mixture. These will keep in your freezer for 1 month or 5 days in the fridge.
