Kelly’s Fab Four Smoothie

+ protein – ( sun warrior )
+ fiber – ( chia seeds )
+ fat – ( MTC oil )
+ greens – ( spinach )
+ 1/4 cup fruit* ( ideally NO fruit )

Kelly’s Freezer Fudge

+ coconut oil
+ almond butter
+ cacao powder
+ stevia / monkfruit

+ directions: melt oil & mix in remaining ingredients. put in ice cube trays & top with sea salt. enjoy frozen!

As someone who has never been into smoothies ever but always into clean eating—this podcast episode changed that and I”m obsessed with Chelsea Handler’s favorite smoothie now!!!     Loved loved loved this podcast going to purchase her book today!! You and Michael do such a great job providing readers and listeners with value (& laughs!). I just planned my 10 hour (each way) road trip around the day your podcasts come out because listening to you two makes the time fly and gives me something new to think about for a few hours of the drive. Also love all of your product recommendations I was looking through my Amazon order history and realized so much was per your recommendation which I love like the acupressure mat and the ice roller or even back to the green container collagen (2015? maybe). Thank you for all the time you take to make TSC what it is, it’s a staple to my week and a place I love to go for new information! You two are great!
