Just finished this podcast, I thought it was so insightful and informative! Thank you for sharing!! It’s got me thinking… I have majorly been considering starting a blog. I’m SUCH a planner, so I’ve been doing research and putting together color pallets, fonts, post ideas etc. BUT a topic you discussed today has me second guessing- the idea of a blogger needing to share their personal lives. Is it a must? If I start a blog I don’t want my family, husband, or super personal details shared with the world. In this time/space do you think you can be an effective and engaging blogger without sharing personal details of your life?
Thanks a million-
Caitlin
So glad you enjoyed the podcast Caitlin! When blogging you’re creating a community. Posting recipes & outfit tips is great but today people want to connect. You don’t have to share everything but you will probably want to share some. Make sure it is YOUR story. Not the story of your family and friends. x
