I mean, GEEZ. If I had know how gnarly it was to create a full fledged nutrition/fitness plan for you guys, I would have booked a casual trip to the moon instead.

Here’s the deal: I’ve been working with celebrity trainer, Jamie McFaden ( an interview to come on Miss Jamie!! She worked with Jillian Michaels’ for years & knows her shit when it comes to wellness ) for the past seven months to bring you all my favorite fitness moves/foods in one bundle. ALSO!! NBD, she was named one of the 50 hottest trainers in America by Shape Magazine (!!!).

There will be an online community that comes with TSC Bombshell Body plan where I’m like your virtual trainer connecting with you via a TSC chat room. You can ask any questions, share opinions, or even exchange recipes tips/tricks with other members. Basically a Skinny Confidential community, fun right?!

♡ For the workout section:

These are 27 minute workouts, three days a week, that are quick & will tone you up FAST. They’re all workouts that can be done at home or in a hotel. My life is go, go, go so I totally get not having time to go to a gym. You need 5 pound weights ( I found these on Amazon for $16 bucks ) & a bench or some kind of chair. I also share my favorite stretches ( it’s sooooo important to stretch! ). You can see me do each move via pictures so it’s clear & easy to understand. Videos to come!

This section will be my favorite recipes ( including TONS I haven’t shared on the blog or in TSC Book ). These are everyday recipes that don’t require a ton of time or expensive ingredients. No one has time to casually whip up dover sole with a side of leeks, beets, & broccolini. This part of the plan will provide you with a quick guideline that makes eating fun & easy. Also, I shared my boozy tips & a couple of my favorite cocktail recipes. I know, weird. But hey, I’m all about balance so if you’re going to have a cocktail at least drink smart.

What’s going on behind the scenes? Wellllllll, Jaime & I are currently working on building another element to the guide: a plan of EXACTLY what I eat/drink. I feel like a lot of you have asked for specifics so I have been recording exactly what I eat for the last three months. Also, there’s an App to come too.

Why am I charging? Because there’s a lotttt of out of pocket expenses to run the program behind the scenes…& honestly, I’m literally charging the bare minimum. I have to cover specific costs of running the separate web portal, hiring a team, video/photos/etc., graphic design, & time/labor. Plus, there’s been a team of people working on this for a full year & collectively we’ve spent like, six million hours ( or it feels like six million hours? ) on this project.

    1. HI! The Bombshell Body Plan includes one month free access to the TSC community. After that it is $19.99 per month to continue access to the targeted workouts, the nutrition plans, recipes, cleanses, and community forum – but you can cancel or unsubscribe any time you want. I am working on getting more and more products added to the community, including specialty 3 month meal plans like vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free!! I am also working to get this turned into an app so you have access to it everywhere you go.   12. Hi Lauryn! Congrats!!! What an awesome accomplishment.
    I’m planning to purchase but have a question about how many workouts the plan includes? Does phase 1 have 3 and phase 2 have another 3? Or are they different each week?
    Also I am all about the videos as I’m highly visual 🙂


    1. Hi Beth, the plans are each 14 weeks long, with 3 workouts per week, and each workout will take about 27 minutes to complete. There are over 300 workouts, so every day is different and targets different parts of the body. It is a full, comprehensive workout that gets progressively more intense as your body adjusts and gets stronger and more toned. Also, there are targeted workouts so when you finish the plan you can continue on to specific areas of your body you want to work on. I am visual too! So I am definitely working on getting videos put together to accompany the plans! X

      I am 6 months pregnant so there may be some movements I need to modify (no lying on my back, or stomach) but I’m hopeful there will be enough there for me!

    1. The program is 28 weeks long, and is designed to be combined like building blocks. I split it up because everyone is different, some people want to just go for it, and others want to test the waters before committing. If they are purchased together with coupon code TSCHEARTSYOU you will get $40 off buying them separately. All of the plans come with one month free access to the community, which has healthy recipes, targeted workout plans, nutrition guides, a 7 day meal plan, cleanses, the community forum, and much more. I will also be creating 3 month meal plans, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, which will be made available to all existing community members for free. There is a lot that goes in to a meal plan, since everyone is different, so it will take me about 2 months to get them ready for everyone.

      They are meant to be combined as one 28 week plan, with workouts that get progressively more intense as your body adjusts and becomes stronger. I split them up bc everyone is different…some people like to test the waters and other people will want to go straight for the high intensity workouts. I recommend going through the entire program but that is up to you. All of the plans come with one month free access to the community which has more targeted workouts (about 30 days each), recipes, nutrition guides, a 7 day meal plan, cleanse recipes and more. I will be adding 3 month meal plans within the next two to three months. Those will be free for all existing members of the community.

  20. OK now I’m even more excited for this! Love the idea of workouts in a hotel room/indoors for soooo many reasons, but this plan makes so much sense for my readers (who mostly live on the East Coast aka THE FROZEN TUNDRA) where you quite literally get stuck in your house sometimes (seriously though, you aren’t going to give up the parking spot you dug out for 2 hours that morning just to a hit a yoga class) so it would be amazing to have a wellness plan you can literally do anywhere without going to the gym! (There are so many great fitness/wellness bloggers out there, but many only give gym activities or outdoor activities you can only do year-round in places like California). GAH, can’t wait to try it out and hopefully share on my site as well!

    1. If you purchase now you will have access to all of the updates as long as you are a community member. I am working on getting a gluten free 3 month eating guide put together. There are so many people who are asking for this, it is my top priority! X

Just a quick question – will there be updates? If so, are members lifetime members as in they will receive all updates?       I answered your comment above, however I also think that you have to ease them into it. I remember giving M little shots of fresh ginger juice in the AM, slowly but surely I made it a glass of green juice, then a GIANT glass of green juice. Now he wakes up in the morning and asks me for a green juice/smoothie.

    Congratulations! I read this blog regularly and love the TSC book, I’m thrilled this program has come out! I am currently in college and have been looking for a program that is simple and doesn’t require too much time or money and I think that this is it! I’m wondering what program I should decide on though. I am leaning towards the $89.99 program, but wonder what the difference is between the two different programs and what the benefit of purchasing both would be?

    1. Hi Katharine,

      Phase 1 of the Bombshell Body Plan is the first 14 weeks of the 28 week program, Phase 2 is the second 14 weeks of the 28 week program. Phase 1 is intense, but Phase 2 is more intense. I think it depends on how many weeks you really feel you need. I think for people trying to change their lifestyle and see greater results, the full 28 weeks is your best shot at that. But if you’re already in pretty good shape and you think you only need 14 weeks then go for the Phase 2!

      They both have tons of workouts for your entire body, and they both are super effective.

    1. Hi Kristin! Yes. I am working on a vegetarian meal plan, gluten free meal plan, and even a vegan plan! Not sure when I’ll officially get those posted in the community but they are in the works. Until then I encourage you to modify the recipes using vegetarian options 🙂
