How many times is too many times to say WE LOVED this episode on The Skinny Confidential HIM & HER Show? Love love love.

She’s been on the podcast before with Josh Flagg, but Lauryn & Michael really wanted to interview Tracy on all of her micro fitness, health & diet hacks. In the episode she shares so many secrets for staying healthy, and feeling & looking amazing. She even shares her crunchy smoothie and tuna salad recipes, but we’re gonna list them out for you here too.

Before we get to them, we just wanted to share a few takeaways from Tracy’s episode.

♡ Weightlifting can change your physique.

Especially as a busy woman, Tracy tells us how effective weightlifting has been for her & that she feels better than she did her 20s.

♡ We can’t do it all.

Tracy admittedly has a nanny, a housekeeper and maybe a driver is in the cards soon. She’s as busy as it gets so it’s refreshing to hear her say that she “doesn’t do it all.”

♡ Commitment pays off.

She gets into her morning and nightly routines, which improves her mindset and effectiveness at the gym. Let’s just say when you have to be with your trainer at 6 am, you’re not on your 4th margarita at 11 pm.

These are just a few tidbits of what we took away from Tracy’s episode. Lauryn asks amazing questions too, and even says, the reason she is asking Tracy such specific questions is because she’s as busy as they come. So yes, Tracy is drinking celery juice in the morning, and eating a healthy tuna salad for lunch, but is she in the kitchen with an apron on while she’s making million dollar deals? No. And that is why we loved this episode.

And the same can be said for Tracy’s two favorite, healthy, quick & easy recipes.

♡ Crunchy Blueberry Smoothie

+ Malk almond milk

+ 1-2 scoops of vanilla protein powder (Tracy loves Kachava)

+ flax seed

+ chia seed

+ collagen 

+ dash of cinnamon

+ 1 tbsp good almond butter

BLEND *very important to blend all this up first, THEN add…

+ 1 cup of frozen blueberries

+ a bit of your favorite granola (Tracy loves Purely Elizabeth)

+ add ice, if frozen blueberries isn’t enough for you

BLEND and enjoy in your favorite tumbler.

Of course Tracy is taking hers on the go.

♡ Mediterranean Tuna Salad:

+ 3 cans tuna (Tracy loves Tonnino)

+ 1 can drained garbanzo beans (chickpeas)

+ handful of green olives, sliced

+ handful of Kalamata olives, sliced

+ 2-3 tbsp of capers, drained

+ 2-3 tbsp of fresh dill, chopped

Directions: toss everything together with champagne vinaigrette or white balsamic vinaigrette made of:

+ 2-3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar

+ 2-3 tbsp lemon juice

+ salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, lemon pepper to taste

+ 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil

Tracy says this lasts in the fridge for 2-3 days and is so simple and delicious. She eats it just like this or with some Ella’s Flats.
