Things that are making Saturday happy:
++ In appropriate pic order.
1.) Breakfast: fresh fruit salad with a juiced lemon, flaxseed, three drops of honey, & a scoop of Greek yogurt.
2.) A Pure Barre class before I go out for dinner. Make the commitment to sweat once a day- no excuses!
3.) Pixy and I had a “love-in.” This consists of laying in bed, reading, & spooning.
4.) A fresh 8 veggie juice full of nutrients: kale, spinach, bell pepper, tomatoes, beets, ginger, lemon, & celery.
5.) My eyebrows were waxed yesterday- thank God because they were turning into full blown caterpillars.
xx, TGIS!

Lauryn, I absolutely love your blog! I read it religiously and gets me going! NO EXCUSES! LOL. I have a question, I am using a food processor instead of a juicer to make the veggie smoothie and it comes out too thick, I try using a blender after and liquify but it still is too thick and I’m having hard time with the texture. HELP!
