Summer is the ideal time to experiment and play around with your style. SO this year for the Fourth I decided to go different. VERY different. Instead of your typical red, white & blue I wanted something eye-popping. Erica did the same and went for a military vibe. As I said, summer is about having fun and trying new things. To keep things fresh check out some creative ways to switch up your look this summer.
SWITCH IT UP FOR SUMMER
How fun is the pastel hair trend? If you’re not ready for a permanent pastel look you should try hair chalk. It comes in a variety of colors and is SO easy to use. You simply take a section of hair & brush the chalk on. We went for a blue and pink in honor of the Fourth. You could also use hair chalk for a night out or as a playful daytime look.
This sequined top is literally eye-popping. It’s a statement piece that will get everyone’s attention, especially if you’ve had a boob job. LOL. The sequins really take this top to the next level and make it even more dramatic. The more dramatic the better honestly. Not looking to splurge? Check out this sequined bra.
Camo is a sexy look especially when paired with feminine pieces. The contrast is unreal & boy oh boy do I love some contrast. Erica paired her camo pants with a bodysuit & large gold hoops. If you’re not into camo pants then you should try a camo crop top for a similar feel.
NEON & FISHNET
Let’s talk about these bottoms. They combine a few of my favorite things. They have a high-waist so they’re flattering, the fishnet is HOT & the neon pops while accentuating your tan. Talk about win-win-win. Adding some neon and fishnet to your look is a surefire way to keep things spicy.
Playing with your look is such a fun way to express your creativity. How do you keep things fresh for summer?
