Recently I re-discovered the park by our house as an awesome spot to workout. There’s something breezy & fresh about sweating outside as opposed to a gym or studio, ya know?

I feel like I spend so much time on my iPhone, computer, & at my desk that getting my butt outside IS NECESSARY.

There are two things I have to do when I workout outside: bring a friend ( don’t ask me why? ) AND put on music. Lately I’ve been very much into Brazilian Lounge music. Will make a playlist for you guys soon.

Whenever I sweat outside I do TSC Bombshell Body Guide because it’s 27 minutes & requires little to no thought because all workouts are laid out for me. And lately I HAVE BEEN STRETCHING TOO.

This is a very big deal.

Why?

Because no one likes to stretch. People forget about stretching. So I’m very proud of myself for actually following through with stretching. Let’s hope this ritual continues.

Oh, outfit details: top & pants are by Sweaty Betty. Really loving their workout tops because they hold you in in all the right places AND they flatter the mid line in every way possible. Also, these black leggings are heaven because they elongate the legs. Lastly the sports bra is a double up bra. A double up sports bra needs to be in every woman’s life. I’ll spare you the specifics of exactly why I love a double up bra ( for now ) but let’s just say this one really secures the girls.

And truthfully, you cannot help but ooze a little Brooke Burke in a double up bra.

Anyway that’s all for now. About to go eat some sushi & sit in a bath of lavender Epsom salt because I’m so damn sore from today’s hotels workout & walking in NYC.

  3. I totally agree with you on the outdoor workouts! The gym/weights/ball are necessary for me to be my most toned, and I am not a runner, but man I love being outside!! Lots of long walks fill my weekends (and are great ways to sneakily burn cals!).

  4. Outdoor time is so necessary. I’m easily bothered by florescent lighting (which my office has TONS of), so I make it a point to break up the workday with a lil walk after lunch. So good for my mood and energy level!
