Annnnnddd it’s finally day three.
Cha-ching!!
I’m feeling light, awake, & alert. Out of all the days, three is the best because of the accomplished feeling. I like setting my mind to something, staying disciplined, & following through with what the hell I said I was going to do.
Total win.
It’s also kinda nice that I finished moving into my place on day three. I’m definitely feeling less stressed now that the move is over…however, the unpacking & furnishing I have ahead of me is insane.
Oh, & P.S. don’t get mad if this turns into a home decor blog.
Kidding.
Sort of.
Lately all I’ve been doing is immersing myself in home decor. I’m on a freaking rampage. So look out! New hobby alert!
Ok, ok, here’s a recap of day three:
+ By far the easiest day of the cleanse.
+ I have a pregnancy glow, but I’m not pregnant. Rad, huh?
+ I’ve lost five pounds- some is water weight.
+ My energy level is cray, cray. If I felt like this daily I wouldn’t need my AM cup of coffee.
+ Mixed veggies & berries are for din din.
+ I’m scared to eat normal food tomorrow because I feel so good…but I’ll be trying to practice these post cleanse tips.
+ Overall goal: to attain these results.
Anyone else participate in the cleanse? If so, share your experience below!
Happy Wednesday, lovas.

Can’t believe you moved and did a cleanse at the same time, how is that even possible?
Damn too bad they don’t sell Suja in Canada
I’m going to do a one-day juice cleanse this weekend. I have done the suja cleanse a couple times in the past and noticed you have eaten this time around. Any suggestions on foods to eat and still get maximum results? Do you drink all the juices when you add back in fruits/veggies or do you skip a juice? I was thinking of organic grapefruit juice with chia and flaxseeds if I NEED something with substance. Thanks!
LOVE Suja Juices – I’m into Fiji + Green Supreme at the mo!!
Hey! I’m your newest follower! Question… the juice cleanses always intrigue me.. how does your body react once you start eating solid foods again?
I have considered trying the juicing, just haven’t done an entire day of it.
So today is the third day of my juice cleanse. Other than a migrane wave ont the first day I’m doing fine. I’m surprised that its not harder for me (I love to cook and to eat!).
I would like to try a 3-day juice cleanse, but I’m afraid that I wouldn’t make it past day 1! The only time I can go on an liquid only diet is when I am sick with stomach issues (sorry TMI).
So I’m done with day 5 :). All in all, I would say day 2 is the hardest, mentally, because in the evening you know this will go on for another three days. Day 4 and 5 were a breeze. I can honestly say I NEVER got hungry, had zero cravings. In other words, I did’nt miss real food at all. I dropped a few pounds, slept soundly and could concentrate a lot better. I’m a bit disappointed, I tend to get bored with challenges when I don’t struggle… Weird, I know….So tomorrow I will wake up my stomach with some rusk (hope this is the correct translation), a bouillon with an egg for lunch and steamed veggies for dinner. Apples for a snack.
LOVE your blog, it’s one of my favorites. I am doing a juice cleanse now, and reading about your experience is helping me get through mine… it’s not easy!

I love jucing but I have a medically fragile child and end up in the hospital often. No fridge, can’t bring blender. It makes eating right very difficult. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
I finished a 3 day cleanse during a move as well! I feel awesome and have kept the weight off. Check out my post on it here: http://foodspiritguide.com/2014/01/27/starting-my-juice-cleanse-day-1/

love your blog!
I love your blog. I’ve recently discovered it and I’m intending to try the juice cleanse. So far I read that it’s great but I’ll speak for myself after I will experience it on myself 🙂
