Since You’ll Most Likely be Rocking a Bikini Tomorrow, Make this Healthy 4th of July Snack

Instead of stuffing your face with shit on the Fourth of July, why not add a nutritious snack to the mix? I’m not saying don’t drink beer [ << light ], eat hot dogs, & have a slice of flag of cake, all I’m saying is supply or bring along a healthy snack too. Because no likes bloat, especially in a bikini, right? This is super simple to make; you’ll need: bananas, blueberries, & raspberries + skewer sticks and then make your own American flag.

+ Side note: even add some of the blueberries or raspberries to your champagne. I remember last Fourth of July I made Starbucks green tea + Stevia + Patron tequila shots. They were so delicious! This is the perfect holiday to test your “healthy” cocktail skills out.

  1. Love it! Tomorrow I’m making tequila soaked watermelon wedges and your salsamole with brown rice chips! I’m sure they will be a hit at the BBQ I’m going to. 🙂
