Poor Girl // Rich Girl: Fashionlush x The Skinny Confidential

Lauryn Evarts, fitness blogger, health blogger, and diet blogger talks skinny tips and tricks for weight loss.

Ummm. You know when you see something you have to have, can’t live without, or you might die a slow death?

That’s kinda the moment I had with these boots when I saw them on my best friend, Erica’s blog.

They’re one of those items that just scream fall. Plus they’re super versatile & oh-so-Fing-chic:

Lauryn Evarts, fitness blogger, health blogger, and diet blogger talks skinny tips and tricks for weight loss.

Right?!

And let me quickly clarify: if I’m spending $1,700 on boots they better be covered in diamonds, massage my back, & have tons health benefits…

I’m a total poor girl when it comes to shoes.

Honestly though. I’m just not a shoe girl…I’m more of a handbag-whore…but anyway, back to the shoes.

The ‘Poor Girl’ find def got me goin’…they’re just too amaze.

I mean, technically they look EXACTLY like the Givenchy Sheath Wedge Boots.

Right?!

Ok so, back to biz: once a month Erica ( << my partner with Blog-Doo ) & I will be featuring the hot find/trend of the month.

Because who wants to spend a million dollars a trend?

P.S. more ‘Rich Girl / Poor Girl’ posts found here. x.

  1. I am a poor girl too when it come to 1700 on boots and absolutely love those boots!! Where did you find the ones for 175?? because those are way more in my price range haha 🙂 Love your blog too by the way 🙂

  2. I think u should do a “poor momma” one! ..cause girl, even $175 is too much for me to be spending! ;(

  3. Hi, I found your blog last week and I read all the posts in four days. I love it. I love the way you eat and you live. I always try to eat healthy too, and love fashion.

  4. I just about DIED over obsessing on these boots when I saw them on Erica’s blog. I totally blame her for me buying them too…jaja. They are to die for. I have been wearing them for about two weeks now and have tons of compliments. I covet things, but don’t have time for looking for the poor girl version of anything so it would be REALLY awesome if you guys did the Rich Girl/Poor Girl on, well, a lot of things 😉

LOVE IT. Thanks girlies. Can’t wait for the interview!

  5. OMG! Lauryn, you’re killing me! I absolutely love your blog and find myself constantly laughing while reading your posts! I was about to write “You should definitely write a book” and then realized that you ARE working on it! I honestly can’t wait to read it! (sorry, for numerous exclamation marks, but I totally dig your writing style, you should definitely come to Montreal sometime! OKAY, OKAY… you should come to Montreal when it’s warmer!) xoxo

  6. Love this! I’m definitely looking forward to more of these posts, since I’m always coveting styles that my bank account can’t handle!
    LOVE it! Thanks chick! xoxoxo

  7. I can totally relate! There are a lot of amazing shoes out there that are 50-70% less than those that are in trend. It’s wiser to be practical since most trends nowadays don’t even last that long compared to the trends years back.

  8. Howdy,
