One question you guys ask all the time: Lauryn, can you share mocktail ideas?
So today’s the day, I’m sharing one of my latest favorites.
I’ve cut back on the champagne lately because I’ve had A LOT going on & it’s hard to focus after a glass of bubbly.
Instead of bubbly I’ve been reaching for a mocktail. Usually I enjoy my mocktail in a pretty wine glass ( hey, if it feels like I’m drinking Pinot Grigio, am I right?! ) BUT today I pulled out these cutie flamingo vintage glasses for fun.
Anyway, I have this weird, weird obsession with pear.
Rarely though, can I find a pear that fits my fancy.
Typically they’re too ripe, too bruised, or not sweet enough.
So when I discovered Bai’s Congo Pear low-sugar flavor, I was reallllll excited. Let’s just say I had plans.
Major plans.
Basically a mocktail light bulb when off in my head.
PEAR AND RASPBERRIES!!! EEK!
( side: this pear drink also tastes AMAZING hot with mulling spices & cinnamon sticks!! Especially if you’re in a colder part of the world! ).
Anyway, here’s the latest pear, raspberry sparkling mocktail I’ve been sipping:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of sparkling water
1/2 bottle of Bai’s Congo Pear
5 raspberries, smashed
Chia seeds/hemp seeds/flaxseeds
Lemon, squeezed
Ice
Directions:
Add sparkling water over ice. Add Congo Pear on top. Muddle 5-10 raspberries with your choice of seeds. Put it on top of sparkling pear concoction. Squeeze lemon on top. Cheers! But not really! LOL.
About the seeds: I’m ALL about adding seeds to my mocktails. First off, seeds are filling & I LOVE weird textures. My latest thing is to mix chia seeds, hemp seeds, & flaxseeds in a giant container & keep it in my kitchen so it’s accessible and always on hand.
Michael calls them my “magic seeds.” I put them on everythinggggg. Oatmeal, toast, cereal, smoothies, salads, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, in tea, almond milk, mocktails, cocktails, you name it!
And lemme tell ya, they are DIVINE in this raspberry, pear sparkling mocktail. You won’t be disappointed.
What’s your favorite mocktail? xx, Lauryn

You have to try it! You’ll love it!
This looks AMAZING! Thanks for sharing Lauryn! I usually resort to sparkling water with a splash of lime juice, but this just takes mocktail to the next level! I’ve never thought of adding seeds before, can’t wait to try it!
Yum! That sounds good too!
This recipe sounds delish! I am obviously a huge champs freak, but after spilling it all over my laptop last week, I’m on a sober streak! Have you tried La Croix flavored sparkling waters? They are divine!! You could even incorporate the pear flavor into this mocktail 🙂
I haven’t tried those! Will have to try one!
love the idea of magic seeds! for some reason, i’ve never thought to combine all of these seeds.
Awesome mocktail! Can’t drink, don’t drink so I need this!
This is perfect! You’ll love it!
I love anything from the Bai5 brand! I’m drinking the Molokai Coconut one now as I type this 😉 Costco has them now in packs of 15 which makes it soooo easy to stock up
I love their coconut flavor too!
I love that flamingo glass! Where did you get it?? 🙂
