Over the weekend I was brainstorming of yummy, low sugar bites to eat while watching the football game. This fruit kabob snack proved to be oddly therapeutic because I had to make sure each piece of fruit was positioned perfectly [ OCD much…]. Needless to say I was occupied & the game watcher’s were satisfied with the rainbow of fruit [ raspberries, oranges, pineapple chucks, kiwi bits, blueberries & purple grapes ]. I immediately fell in love with this easy snack & will be making more for next Sunday’s game.
Looks great, what a wonderful idea!
Thanks!
You could also take a pound cake, slice it up in 1/2 slices and use a star shpead cookie cutter to punch out stars instead of using marshmallows. Get really decadent and coat the pound cake stars in white chocolate and coconut!
YUM!
LAURYN, THOSE KABOBS ARE BEAUTIFUL TO LOOK AT, HEALTHY TO EAT AND VERY COLORFUL. THEY WOULD BE GREAT ON A PICNIC OR IN A BROWN BAGGER AT THE BEACH. GREAT BLOG- – -XO
Thank you!
