This morning Nasoya’s Pasta Zero is hosting a Pinterest ‘pinning’ contest! They invited TSC to participate, sooooo if any of you babes are into the whole Pinterest thing, check it out & re-pin this all natural pasta recipe.
Pasta Zero’s pasta has twenty cals a serving [ forty a package {!!!} ], 4 carbs, & it’s fat free! Ummm…AND it tastes amaze.
I literally could eat it everyday.
Other low-cal additions: fresh pesto, lemon, chicken, resh grated Parmesan, veggies, pine nuts, ground turkey, mushrooms, &/or fresh bruschutta sauce [ here I used Rao’s Arrabbiata Sauce ].
Enjoy lovas!

Pasta Zero + Spicy Tomato Goodness:
{ Serve 2 }
1 packet of Pasta Zero
1/2 cup of all natural Pomi tomato sauce
Finely chopped basil, to taste
Fresh grated Parmesan cheese
2 pinches of sea salt
Chili flake [ I add TONS; <3 super spicy! ]
A few shakes of pepper
1/2 lemon, juiced
+ Directions: Add tomato sauce to a pan on low-medium heat. Drain the noodles. The noodles are already cooked, so simply add the pasta & warm it up. Add to a bowl. Add basil, sea salt, & pepper. Squeeze the lemon on top. I also add some grated Parmesan cheese!
I’ve been using these noodles for awhile now … the boyfriend and I love them! Our favourite way to eat them is with some fresh steamed asparagus, a poached egg (the yolk acts as a yummy sauce), and salt and pepper. Super simple, filling, and delish!
Yum! I’ll have to try that ; ). Lots of protein. Love it.
OMG, yum. Where do you buy the pasta? I love Rao’s Arrabiata, it’s my fave too and mI also put lemon on EVERYTHING like you do. It adds so much flavor and brightness without added calories. XO
Whole Foods has it! LOOOVEE lemon everything.
Never mind! Clicked on your link you so nicely provided and it canbe bought at Whole foods. 🙂
; )
I have got to try this Zero pasta out! Arrabbiata sauce is my favorite – it’s got the most punchy flavor & I go for it every time. I love your blog, Lauryn! It’s seriously inspiring.
Thank you Linnea– you’re a doll! XO.
This has to be the GREATEST invention ever. My Monday has been made.
