Getting to Know the Naven Twins <3

Ummm…to say I’m excited to feature the NAVEN twins ( Alexis & Kymberley McClay ) is like, uh, kinda the understatement of the year.

The twin’s clothing line, NAVEN, is uh-mazing.

I almost feel bad for introducing you guys to them because you’ll want to spend your entire paycheck on their designs.

Like, screw rent- it went towards my NAVEN fund!

Anyway one thing that deserves to be mentioned: when I met these girls they were the nicest, sweetest, most approachable girls ever. Like, ever, ever. So not only are they absolutely beautiful and talented, they’re nice.

Because let’s be honest: being nice goes a long, long way. It’s a lot easier to be nice then be a bitch.

Alexis & Kymberley McClay: NAVEN is a women’s contemporary line born in Los Angeles in 2007. Our motto for skin care is if you can’t ingest it, you shouldn’t put it on your skin, which is why I use Osea. Osea is a seaweed based, 100% vegan skin care developed here in Malibu, California. I use the face cream in the morning, the gentle cleanse then moisturizing oil each night on a clean face.

+ Most flattering piece of clothing?

NAVEN’s high wasted circle shorts or circle skirts; we live in them! There’s something sexy, classic, & flattering about the curves a high wasted pant, short, or skirt adds to the figure.

+ Quick skinny tip?

Start your day off with cardio in the AM so that you keep your metabolism going all day & burn calories when you’re not even working out.

+ Favorite healthy snack?

Silly Vanilly Shake. It’s a family favorite alternative to a milk shake made of vanilla almond milk, natural unsweetened peanut butter, bananas, & a mix of frozen peaches, blackberries, & strawberries.

We try to keep our alcohol consumption to special occasions however, we love a Lychee martini from time to time.
