Sorry this post is a bit late, but Dreamhost [ the host of my site ] was down all day making it entirely impossible for me to get any work done. I guess it’s better late than never, right? Anyways! Many of you are attending this weekend’s music festival, Coachella. For those of you that are unfamiliar with Coachella it’s a multi-day annual event full of incredible music [ some of my favorites? Madeon, Radiohead, Afrojack, & Kaskade ] in Indio, California. Since the weekend is one big party, don’t forget to keep yourself healthy & include these items in your fanny pack:

+ All-natural coconut water: it is hydrating, does not have to be refrigerated, & has tons of potassium.

+ Emergen-C packets: these are quick easy substitutes for vitamins. The Electro Mix contains electrolytes which are especially important for when you’re in the desert drinking alcohol. Every time you sweat, you lose electrolytes. This mix will restore your cells & keep you energized. The Vitamin D & Calicum mix is perfect to throw in a water bottle for extra vitamins.

+ Metroelectro water: this water contains zinc, antioxidants, and electrolytes. All of which promote a healthy immune system.

+ Evolution Veggie Juice: these veggie drinks are fab to throw in a backpack or handbag for a quick snack to keep your blood sugar stable.

+ Amazing Grass GreenSuperFood & Wheatgrass packets: all your daily doses of nutrients & a nice substitute for when you’re unable to access actual veggies or wheatgrass.

Have fun, be safe & drink tons of water!

Great info and thanks for the tips! I attend an annual festival up here in N. Cal in the high sierra and even though we’re in the mountains for 5 days, it can get really hot. You can get heatstroke even w/o any alcohol consumption b/c of the heat and elevation. I will for sure be taking some of this stuff with me this year!
