Great motivation!
Really one of the best blog post I,ve ever seen!,
Ugh! Every time i decide to sit my lazy butt on the couch and play on the internet, you post an inspirational, no excuse post. I want to be mad, but I know you’re right. Here I go to work out! *Seriously, I’m getting off the couch right now*
No Gym Mini Workout=done! Thanks!
Figure skating’s up there in calories burned, too. With all these things, of course it depends how hard you are skating or biking or whatever. I often think that the stress-relieving effect of exercise is equally if not more important for weight management than the fact that it burns calories. Keeping the stress in check and avoiding stress-related eating is so important for weight control
The summer months are a little easier working out outdoors is the best motivator! Hiking, running, biking, ect. The winter months are a little more challenging try video gaming or dance workouts these workouts can fun and challenging.
Try to mix it up your workouts it will help prevent you from getting bored
Hey, thanks! These are really motivating words
Awesome blog. Your insights are amazing and inspiring. I would love to read more from your blog in the future.
Indeed, where did doing nothing get us? That really caught me though. Because sometimes people have the tendency to wait for something to happen before taking an action. Thanks for this motivation! 🙂
It’s important that you embark on this law of attraction weight loss journey for the right reasons, and that’s what will be your biggest motivation.
