Say hello to my girlfriend, Kristen Kassinger. Not only is she drop dead gorgeous, but she’s one of the sweetest people I know. Kristen is a big-time model in Los Angeles; she’s worked with Juicy Couture, Forever 21, & Guess by Marciano. We talked model secrets, skinny tips, & healthy snacks. Check her out:

I think that drinking a lot of water is important. It helps to keep you full and hydrated!

I try to work out three to five days a week. Yoga & cardio at the gym!

+ Motivation to stay in shape?
I love feeling empowered and getting my endorphins going. I also love being in the best shape that I can be. Why not be the best version of yourself?
+ Best beauty product?
La Mer Eye Cream is divine.
+ Natural beauty remedy that you do?
I love putting coconut oil on my skin. It keeps it hydrated, fresh, and smells so great!
+ A secret model tip for diet and health?
Limiting sugar is really necessary when you’re trying to keep healthy and/or maintain a healthy weight. It is, although, important to let yourself indulge from time to time. Everything in moderation! If you’re working out and eating healthy, allow yourself some room for chocolate here and there!
+ Quick, easy recipe:
I love brussels sprouts and this recipe from Food Network is a great & simple way to prepare them!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts
3 tablespoons good olive oil
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut off the brown ends of the Brussels sprouts and pull off any yellow outer leaves. Mix them in a bowl with the olive oil, salt and pepper. Pour them on a sheet pan and roast for 35 to 40 minutes, until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Shake the pan from time to time to brown the sprouts evenly. Sprinkle with more kosher salt [ I like these salty like French fries ], & serve immediately.
A round of applause for your blog article. Thanks Again.
I like the way you pose. She looks very beautiful. Perfect beauty, perfect eyes and skin.
