Today I’m featuring Brittany Oldehoff! Get freaking excited because not only is she an American model, she’s also best known for her appearance as a model on season seven of Project Runway.

Lemme tell you, this babe is on fire—!

Brittany’s been the face for Conair Hair, graced several magazine covers including GQ ‘South Africa’, as well as having walked in many top designer shows including: Michael Kors, Zac Posen, Oscar de La Renta, Chloe, Armani, & Chanel.

All while attending college.

+ Introduce yourself.

I’m a native born Floridian. I model for Next Model Management in Miami. I currently attend Florida Atlantic University ( FAU ) studying Criminal Justice, with plans to graduate this summer. I love the gym & going to the beach. I’m a go-getter!

+ Quick skinny tips or tricks?

If you have two weeks where you need to look leaner, lots of lean meats ( protein only ) & get on that cardio hardcore! You’ll see immediate results.

+ Weekly workout schedule?

I lift weights ( resistance, strength training )- a different muscle group each day about four to five times a week. I do abs two to three times a week, & then I’ll add in cardio usually only once a week ( because I don’t want to lose anymore weight ). I also go to Pilates at least two times a week just because I feel really good after it’s over. It increases flexibility & totally works the core.

+ Favorite go-to healthy food?

Lean meats ( chicken, fish) & vegetables!

+ Cocktail of choice?

I am not really a big drinker ( personal choice ), but when I do, I love a good apple martini!

+ Can’t-live-without beauty product?

My Moroccan Argan Oil by Organix. I love it! It seriously does wonders on my hair. Everyone always ask how my hair is so thick, long, & shiny- I give credit to my genetics, but I know that Organix is intensifying the results! An amazing product!

+ Makes me laugh when…

I do something embarrassing, like trip in front of a bunch of people, or fall walking up stairs!

+ Natural beauty remedy that you do?

When my face starts to break out, I do an aspirin mask. It really helps to dry out everything!

+ Top five pieces of clothing?

1.} Jumpsuits/tracksuits: are something every female should own. An example can be found here. I love to lounge out in mine or go to the gym in them for some extra sweating!

2.} Swimsuits: every female needs a great swimsuit that is form fitting; I buy most of mine at Victoria’s Secret.

3.} A fitted pair of jeans: Express has amazing jeans if you’re tall and Abercrombie & Fitch has fantastic length sizes.

4.} Basic solid tank tops: a must! Forever 21 sells them for like three dollars each!

5.} The perfect little black dress: this can really be bought anywhere but I stick to Victoria’s Secret or Venus.

+ What’s in your purse?

My wallet, car keys, cell phone, chap stick ( can’t live without it! ), & a nail filer. I’m not big on make up, but I hate when my lips are dry!

+ My naughty indulgence is…

Snickers Ice Cream Bars…HEAVEN.

+ Quick, easy snack?

All natural organic peanut butter + a spoon. You can eat it right of the jar; a really delicious, healthy snack, that’s the quickest you’ll find!

  1. She’s beautiful! But to be honest, her health tips don’t sound very appealing. I’m so over the “lean meat and veggies” deal. I’m with her on the peanut butter, though! It’s definitely a staple in my diet.
