Taking a twist here and talking lions & tigers & rosé.

Not really tigers, but giraffes. Because how cute is Stanley? Stanley the Giraffe is from The Hangover & just has the longest ( black ) tongue on the planet. He prefers carrots to kale & I feel like he’s a major flirt. You may have also caught him on Keeping Up With The Kardashians – Khloe loved him. Really though, girls line up for him. I mean he is tall, real tall.

Wait, I’m getting ahead of myself.

Last weekend my best friend, Steve ( remember he’s helping me A LOT with my daily calendar — will do a post! ), took us to his family’s ranch, Saddlerock Ranch, also known as Malibu Wines. You go on this crazy safari & feed all different kinds of animals like yaks & horses while sipping different varietals of wine.

I know, so ideal, right?

Like what’s better than hanging out with a zillion foot giraffe, sipping on a delicious California Pinot Noir and comparing it to a dry rosé. By the way, fun fact: giraffes legs are taller than any human AND their food source is leaves, fruits, & flowers of woody plants. Wow, look at me today.

We toured the property, hung out with some zebras, & ended the night at Malibu Wine Bar.

Highly recommend the whole tour if you’re in LA. It’s called Malibu Wine Safari. The slogan is ‘get your wine on.’

Well, OK. We certainly did.

Speaking of wine, I’m cutting out alcohol BIG, BIG TIME before our wedding.

Basically, I’m not really drinking unless it’s a wedding celebration OR an occasion for about eight weeks. AND I am very much doing TSC Meal Plan. If you’re already on the plan – do it with me? I need all the help I can get. Time to get my ass into gear. If you’re interested in checking it out, we made it so you can access the meal plan separately from the workouts.

Ok what else? Tomorrow I’m going to do a haul on Snapchat…& maybe a Snap giveaway! See you there: @laurynevarts. Also…thinking about hopping on Facebook Live to share a quick daytime makeup look. What kinds of FB Live videos would you guys be interested in? I’m kind of up for anything, everything? We could even do a boob job live chat. HA. I feel like I’ve gotten a lot of questions about a boob job so a FB chat could be fun &…eer, different? I don’t know, just throwing ideas out there.

On that note, I’m out. Going to bed early tonight. I just made bone broth ( you have to try it with rosemary, ginger, lemon, & chili flakes ) & very obsessed with it because it’s got 18 grams of protein for two cups. AND like 50 calories. Shit, maybe I’ll make bone broth on FB…hmm, LOL.

Ok goodnight guys, happy Monday!

  1. Both my husband and I gave up alcohol for the months before the wedding (unless is was a wedding celebration). It made such a great difference in my skin and body. But just a warning on the healthy eating – I was super serious about my eating before the wedding and ended up having to have the dress altered a second time because I lost too much weight – not good!

    1. It’s amazing what happens when you cut out alcohol! AH noted. You were clearly killing it though that’s awesome Hannah! xx

  2. I’d love to see snap/live FB on the XXL lipgloss. Do you put it on by itself…..under or over lip color? And do you reapply over lipcolor later in day?
Also, I’d love to know more about at home lashes/brow tinting. Do you do at home yourself? If so, please share as you rock them both! 😉

  3. This may seem totes TMI, but I recently had a breast reduction and reconstruction as a result of them being naturally too large for my frame. I have no modesty and would be more than happy to share my experience- paid for by insurance- as another offering for those of us who suffer(ed) with too much of the girlz! 🙂

  4. This is really a great article and a great read for me. It’s my first visit to your blog and I have found it so useful and informative. Thank you
