The fn’ing holidays. Even though they’re so worth it in the end, the crowded malls, constant spending, & butthole drivers can be a real bitch.
I seriously don’t know how people with four kids do it. Props. Seriously. Lots of props.
Anyway since I def drink more booze around the par-tay months of Nov/Dec, I decided to try a little experiment. I’ve pretty much cut out wine/hard alcohol & tried to stick with just champagne. Just by doing this, I’ve lost five pounds + I feel wayyyyy less bloated. Just a lil’ holiday skinny tip ; ).
Get this: it takes way longer to nurse a glass of champagne ( ESP w/ ice ), it’s relaxing ( = less stress ), & the bubbly makes you feel buzzed quicker ( AKA less alc. consumption ). Heard of ‘The Champagne Diet?’ Google it.
And of course I wish you all an amazing, sparkly, bubbly Christmas.
