I survived the move.
And lemme tell ya, moving’s a real bitch.
After feeling unsettled the past two weeks ( I mean, hello boxes everywhere! ), I’ve found peace in anything having to do with routine.
So. My bed time routine goes a little like this: brew some Sleepytime Extra Tea, grab a bowl of organic raspberries ( & a square of dark chocolate— guilty! ), & watch trashy reality TV for a least a half hour. Also, I’m making sure to squeeze in a daily hour workout to relieve stress.
Yay for simple, stupid distractions!
Anyway sometimes life gets in the way of healthy living & it can become one big, crazy balancing act. So at least aim for a healthy balancing act: sweating out stress ( examps: moving, your psycho ex-boyfriend, a co-worker who thinks her shit doesn’t stink, work, etc. ) feels really amazing. Release the stress!
