Ugghhhh. I’m sick.
FML.
Somehow I seem to get sick on the most inconvenient days ever. Even though there’s a scroll of things I should be doing, I decided to take it easy. In bed. All day.
Oh, & naturally I sent Michael to Whole Foods. With a hell of a list ( my requests: natural cough drops, Suja juices, avocado, organic berries, Throat Coat tea, & twenty billion magazines ). And a few other demands ( I mean, my pillow doesn’t fluff itself ).
All because it’s so easy to get what you want when you’re sickkkkkkk.
I keep saying, “babbbbeeeeee I’m soooo siccckkkkkk” & texting him the sick Emoji face every second. So far it’s working really well. Jajajaja.
Note: I’ll def be investing in an old school bell to ring, annoyingly, next time I’m bedridden. Ring, ring hunny!
Anyway, today I took a day off from the gym but tomorrow I’m dying to do at-home Pilates. I’ve researched if it’s ok to sweat when you have a cold & surprisingly it actually makes cold/cough symptoms disappear quicker.
Hope all of you are washing your hands on the reg & drinking tons of aqua.

Hope you feel better Lauryn. I heard that as long as the cold isn’t in your chest you should be okay. If you have a bad cough then you should stay away from anything that will overexert you. I have heard that sweating does help one get better! So good luck! <3

I’ve always been told that you shouldn’t exercise if you have a sore throat. Then it could be the type of bacteria or virus or whatever that can set in your heart if you exercise, so I’d stay away from exercise if you have a sore throat.

Apple cider vinegar cures all! I usually take a tablespoon in the morning, and mix another tablespoon into water and drink it through out the day. Also, you can make a tea with it, hot water, lemon and cayenne. I beat my winter cold in two days this year 🙂
