What time is it in Cali? LOL. No, really. I’m exhausted.

We’re in Florida working a trade show for NBAA [ last year’s post can be found here ] & each day we’re in full work mode- work, eat, work, work, workout, read, work, blog, work, wine, work. Fun shit.

For anyone who works trade shows on the reg: how do you eat healthy? It’s HARD. There’s very little options. Luckily I came prepared with snacks.

Even though it’s exhausting after the show, I try to squeeze in an hour on the Elliptical..because getting the endorphins going feels so much better than laying around like a lazy slob. Right?!

‘ The Bye Bye Blubber Smoothie’

{ Serves 2 fitness-ready babes }

+ 2 heaping handfuls of organic kale

+ 1 banana

+ About 14 raspberries

+ Handful of blueberries

+ 3 tablespoons of unsweetened Greek 2% yogurt

+ A dash of cinnamon

+ Handful of ice

+ 4 full raspberries { for garnish }

++ Directions: throw all ingredients { except 4 raspberries (for garnish) & cinnamon } in a blender. Blend. You want a thicker texture { make sure the ice is thoroughly blended }. Pour in a sexy mug, sprinkle some cinnamon on top, & add four raspberries for garnish. This is a perf pre/post-workout snack.

  1. I see It’s A 10 hair care in your wine pic!! I swear by their leave in conditioner and MoroccanOil. Those pancakes are in my list to make this weekend!

    1. You.will.die. They’re so yummy. Add a bit of maple syrup, berries, & cinnamon.

    I also use It’s A Ten … have been for almost a year and my hair has easily doubled in length because of it, I swear. 🙂

  4. Hi Girl! Love your blog. I’ve tried the protein pancakes (delish) and just tried the mini delite last night. It didn’t look as good as yours (colorwise, mine was more greenish-brown) but it did taste good! I felt refreshed afterwards! Thanks for the awesome recipes!!
