Tomorrow night I leave for Europe [ Paris, Ibiza, London, Ponferrada, & Venice, to be exact ] for about a month- I.am.out.of.MIND.w/.excitement. The past week has been mayhem: planning, cleansing, packing, changing up the blog, family, working, & running around like a freaking crazy, psycho maniac. I am looking so forward to site seeing, sipping delicious wines, relaxing, shopping, & tasting an array of different foods. Throughout the trip I hope to really immerse myself in the European culture- please, please share your Euro recommendations with me; I would love to hear any suggestions — thanks dolls!
Oh, & I promise the blog won’t be neglected while I’m gone =].

I wish I could go on as many vacations as you.
That’s amazing! I love Europe! Taste everything and enjoy but sneak in exercise via quickie hotel workouts and tons of leisurely walking 😉 who will you be traveling with? Have a glorious trip!!!
Hi Lauryn! I went to Ibiza a few years ago and it was incredible! My recommendations for nightlife would be Amnesia, Space or Pacha but check out their schedules first to see what they’re hosting that night before going! Also, you MUST spend one evening watching the sunset at Cafe Del Mar. It’s seriously so beautiful that there is a crowd to watch the sunset each night – one of the coolest things I’ve ever seen. Have a great time!!!
Hi! I live in London so let me know if you need any recommendations! Caroline
I would love some recommendations Caroline : ) xox
like the new look!!!
Hi Lauryn!
Love the blog! I live in London (originally from Boston)… My recommendations in London would be:
Gordon’s Wine Bar (near Embankment tube stop) hole in the wall but really cool
Crussh Juice Bars – there are a bunch around London – fresh juices and healthy, homemade snacks to keep you energized while touring the city
Tattershall Castle – a bar and lounge on a huge docked boat at Embankment tube stop… Great view of the city and perfect for a sunset cocktail!
There is so much to see , I am still exploring every day !
Have fun !
I like the updates to your site. My partner, John, and I traveled to Rome, Cinque Terre, Venice, and Paris last summer. Paris was our favorite. Definitely go to the Montmarte area of Paris if you can. All of the food in Paris was to die for! In Venice, I have a great tip for you that my travel agent gave to me. Instead of waiting in ridiculous lines to go up in the bell tower in St. Mark’s Campanile to get amazing pics of Venice, take the ferry across the Grand Canal to S. Giorgio Maggiore. The cost was about $5 euros to take the ferry and another $4 euros to go up in the tower, but we had the place to ourselves and the views were amazing. Waiting in line at St. Mark’s takes hours and we were there in late June and it was really hot with tons of tourists. The gelato anywhere in Italy is amazing! I hope you have a great trip.
Ibiza is AMAZING ! I was there last summer and loved it, hoping to go back this year.
I live in Marbella in south of Spain which is on “Costa Del Sol” . If you get the chance come here, they have brilliant restaurants, excellent nightclubs and amazing beach clubs (Nikki Beach, Ocean Club and Sala Beach) . On the 29th Ocean Club hosts one of their Champagne spray parties, you should check them out online as those parties are amazing . If you are coming we will have space on our bed for you ! 🙂
I think you will love europe ! Im Swedish, living in Spain moving to London after the summer I can promise you will have a fab time !

Love the new blog design! Europe is going to be so amazing! My dad took me to Paris and the French countryside as my college graduation gift several years ago and it was incredible. The food in Paris is so delicious. I could not understand the menu at most places (we tried to go to more local spots instead of touristy ones) so I just ordered salads basically everywhere and it always came with goat cheese and prosciutto and no dressing and was just so delicious. Enjoy! can’t wait to post your beauty interview on my blog tomorrow!

In Paris you HAVE to wake up early and get in line for Ladurre. Best macaroons EVER
STOP it! Ricky Ricardo is too cute!!
Ricky Ricardo!? Best name EVER.
Paris – I agree with Kelsey, go to ladurée on Champs Élysée, the line is worth it! Eiffeltower by night is pretty cool. Le Marais has the best shopping in my opinion – mixed boutiques with a lot of great second hand. It is also the gay + orthodox jewish block.
London – You have to go to brick lane! It is quite hard to find but it’s amazing. All “cool kids” in london go there. They have clubs (even during daytime), street fairs, multi cultural street food etc. Clubs I would recommend Maddox or Jalouse if you want to go somewhere fancy on a night out. Go early.
Have fun!! xxx
