According to the gorgeous weather here in San Diego, summer is rapidly approaching. This means itty bitty bikinis, pretty pedicured toes, & Daisy Dukes. Speaking of Daisy Dukes, just because something is trendy, doesn’t mean it’s right for everyone.     Lauryn,

    I didn’t do the cleanse with you guys when you did it last week, I couldn’t keep up with it until they were done. BUT I’m doing it now…today is day 1. And so far it’s going pretty good, no major cravings or hunger pangs BUT it’s my first cleanse EVER and I am having the hardest time getting this stuff down. I usually like veggie juice and all that, but I’m on my “7th hour” (7th 8oz serving) and I can hardly get this stuff down! Any tips? Can I add more water to the juice? Right now I feel so juvenile -I’m just plugging my nose and drinking it fast – hoping I don’t spit it back up!

    Please tell me it gets easier :).

      Yes add more water ; ) And drink tons and tons of tea! Also squeeze lemon into the juice, it offsets the veggie taste. xoxo

    Whoops – sorry, that first sentence doesn’t make any sense, I had Finals…and couldn’t keep up with the cleanse until I finished them. 🙂
