I’m big on sleep. This doesn’t mean I’ll sleep-in till noon & waste the day away, but it’s definitely a priority to get those eight hours [ at least ] in. Sleep allows sore muscle to recover, heals the body, & provides energy. When you’re walking around like a dead zombie, you’re bound to reach for sugar-filled crap, sodas, and/or greasy foods to sustain the day. Also, lack of sleep slows the metabolism down [ eww!!- click here for more info ]. Studies show that if you snooze for five hours a night & decide to change it up to eight, you’ll drop some major lb’s. So go grab some Sleepytime Tea & hit the sack. ZZZZzzzzzzz.
