Sydney Wheeler is a total hottie with a body.
I mean…right?!
She’s seriously stunning!!
Those eyes! Babe x 100.
Anyway Sydney’s a top model in San Diego, Los Angeles, & Milan…who also starred in the CBS television show, Survivor!
Here she talks modeling tips, squats, & coconut oil ( << P.S. it seems like every damn girl in the world is obsessed with coconut oil!! Because seriously, it’s that goodddddd ; ) ):
+ Tell us about yourself.
Sydney Wheeler: I love life. This is a beautiful, crazy world with so many amazing people to be inspired by. I’ve lived in Southern California for about ten years but I’m originally from Raleigh, North Carolina. I graduated from the Art Institute of Claifornia-San Diego with a degree in Interior Design. I love all types of art and design.
Once I graduated, I was asked to be CBS’ Survivor, which ended up being an amazing experience. We shot it in Brazil and I went eighteen days in very harsh conditions. I lost thirteen pounds over those eighteen days & was very happy to have a burger once I was got voted off!
Today, I live in the OC with my photographer husband & our little angel baby.
+ Quick skinny tips or tricks ( << totally need to know!! )?
SW: Always take the stairs! Do squats while brushing your teeth or calf raises while cooking!! Strap two pound weights to your legs while your doing chores around the house!
+ Ok spill, WTH is your weekly workout schedule? I mean…that bod!!
SW: I ideally like to workout, gym or outside my house, about four times/week. What saves me those other days are the small workouts I do right before bed. Squats, lunges, balance ball sit-ups, & other core workouts without much sweating.
+ Favorite go-to healthy food?
SW: I love Luna Bars for a quick snack in the car. They’re geared towards women’s nutrition & delicious.
+ Can’t-live-without beauty product?
SW: L’Oreal Paris Voluminous Waterproof Mascara in black. Best drugstore mascara ever ( << need to try this ASAP! ).
+ Secret model tip?
SW: Fake it till you make it, but keep it natural looking. I just worked on a skincare company’s print campaign and the other model had eyelash extensions. She didn’t tell the client & no one could even tell. Point: they looked totally natural and beautiful!
+ Natural beauty remedy that you do?
SW: A coconut oil hair soak, once a week.
+ When I wake up I…
SW: Drink a cup of warm lemon water. Starts my digestion and somehow seriously helps me eat less.
+ WTF’s in your purse?
SW: A baby book, nail file, wallet, receipt holder, Smith’s Rosebud Salve, gum, earphones, & almonds. Always gotta have a snack!
+ My naughty indulgence is…
SW: Anything gooey & deliciously chocolatey!!
+ Quick, easy (healthy) recipe?
SW: Cubed avocado, ripe cherry tomato halves, ripped basil, toasted pine nuts, a small pour of EVOO & a smaller pour of balsamic. So yummy!!

Ahh I love that mascara! I’ve been using it since high school… it was one of the first I ever had. Still buy it on the regular, too! It’s a must have for sure.
She seems so fabulous, definitely inspiring.
Thanks for this!!

Loved this!!!!
i had actually purchased the coconut oil to do this hair mask with and did a double whammy mask-oil pull this morning. After my shower I put on the coconut oil for about 45 minutes. Are you supposed to shampoo it out? my hair feels sort of straw-ish right now.
Your beauty tips were awesome and what a healthy lifestyle.
Thanks for Posting!!!
