  1. What a beauty! I love these type of posts where you question people on their health/ fitness tips. I always pick up a bit of inspiration from them! Really liked her take on alcohol … So many people see it as a no-go when trying to live a healthy lifestyle, and have an all-or-nothing-approach. I def see it as something to be enjoyed (in moderation) as part of a healthy lifestyle 🙂

  3. I have been trying to drink more water lately, and do pretty good during the week at work, but need to seriously do a better job on the weekend! This was a good reminder of how important it is to my body and fitness. Thank you!

  4. Thanks for the tea tree oil tip! Ill be road tripping across the country in two weeks and I’m already being psychotic about the hotel beds! I use Bumble and Bumbles Tonic spray almost daily, smells amazing and feels refreshing on your scalp (its the tea tree oil!). Im gonna shower myself in this before we hit those beds at night!!! Thanks 🙂

  5. This is so great! I’ve been trying to become a runner and it is not working. I ‘m also not consistent but anyways, what tips would you give to someone who wants to love running but can’t seem to get the hang of it?
