As you know, Amelia Gray Hamlin has a famous mom: Lisa Rinna. Amelia was recently on the podcast where we talked about her eating disorder, social pressures of growing up with parents in the spotlight & I even confessed to Amelia that her mom taught me how to give a blow job. ♡ ‘The Ring’

First up, the blow job tip. It basically involves you wrapping your fingers into an O shape, or like making the ‘OK’ hand gesture. Then you put your fully gripped ‘ring’ over the wiener like a pig in a blanket. LOL. Lisa says:

“Basically, it is the first and most important step to giving great oral sex. Form the Seal by closing your thumb and index finger around your mouth like you’re making the ‘okay’ sign. Then with your thumb and forefinger, tighten and release the pressure. This, known as the Ring, controls how deeply the penis enters your mouth. This is such a good tip. Lisa says that when you’re in an argument or fighting with your significant other to just STOP & give them a hug. But like, a real, genuine, meaningful, intimate, 30 second hug.

She says taking a time out to connect can really help strained situations.

♡ Moving her body is the #1 thing she does to take care of herself.

Lisa Rinna is absolutely obsessed with yoga. She goes all the time because it’s her favorite way to find peace. She’s been practicing it for 26 years & boy oh boy, you can tell by looking at her.

She also dances all the time. She has her own dance videos & is always dancing around the house. You know this if you follow her on Instagram. Lol. 

Plus, she’s a huge fan of SoulCycle, hiking & walking. She says that she could walk for miles & miles & miles.

♡ She’s a dirty vegan.

Lisa eats mostly plant-based, but has meat sometimes. She takes multivitamins, B12, calcium & magnesium, but is especially very big on Vitamin B every day because it lowers the risk of breast cancer.

Lisa starts her day with a huge cup of green tea ( you’ve probably noticed this if you watch Housewives ) & stays away from processed foods. If she’s going to indulge she has ice cream or Mexican food & NEVER passes up a piece of cake. Yum.
