A lot of you guys have asked for TSC Bombshell Body Guide sample plan, so today I’m sharing that AND more!
Firstly, let’s talk socks.
Ya. Socks.
As a blogger you have a platform to share information with people from around the world so when Bombas socks approached me to collaborate I was super excited to pass along their information to YOU.
Basically they’re a fitness sock company that’s changing up the freaking sock game. They’re all about a healthy lifestyle but in a cute, fun, not too serious, get on my feet-kinda way.
But here’s the cool part: Bombas donates one pair for every one sold ( kinda like Tom’s shoes ).
Why?
Well because socks are the number one clothing item requested at homeless shelters. So like I said, I have a platform to share an awesome brand that is giving back. Check them out. These ones are by far my favorite.
I’m a fan because they have a ton of support & they’re made from the most comfortable sock fabric known to mankind: Long Staple Pima Cotton. LOVE.
Anyway, I’ve been wearing these cutie socks while doing my 27 minute Bombshell Body Guide workouts. Here’s a sample of what TSC guide looks like:
The workouts in my guide are insane because YOU CAN DO THEM ANYWHERE. LIKE LITERALLY ANYWHERE. Weird spots I’ve done the guide: in a hotel room, in my office, at the beach, & in the car ( I kid, but it might be fun to try? ).
OH, and…just a lil FYI, the Bombshell Body Guide also includes pictures of me performing each workout so you know the EXACT movements and form for each workout routine. I got you guys covered!
So here are a couple of my favorites:
Downward or upward push-ups:
Downward push-ups are more intense in MHO.
For upward push-ups, first place your arms on an elevated surface. Assume the push-up position with your legs on the ground. Push up and down with your arms, keeping your chest and back muscles engaged.
For downward push-ups, first place your feet on an elevated surface. Assume the push-up position and place your arms on the ground, push up and down keeping your chest and back muscles engaged.
For both push-up styles, keep your eyes focused a few inches in front of your hands, and keep your abs engaged.
Tricep dips:
Place your arms behind you on an elevated surface. Legs straight-ish out in front of you.
Make sure your bum is an inch or two away from the elevated surface.
Bend your arms to move your body up and down. Keep your back straight.
Make sure you keep your elbows pulled back towards each other. This isn’t the chicken dance, ladies. Keep those elbows tight!
Jump squats:
Squats are seriously eveerrryyythinnnggg!
Get in the squat position, hands at your waist.
Go from squat, to jump, back to squat position.
Repeat and enjoy the burn. You’re so welcome!
By the way, I’m not like re-inventing working out here. I’m just supplying an easy, quick way to get it done in the most efficient manner possible with maximum results.
Does that make sense?
These workouts are workouts that have changed my body & toned me up so I had to share. And they’re fool proof, ya know?
So there you have it! A little sample plus an awesome cause ( BOMBAS SOCKS ROCK! ).

Thanks Robyn! xx
Love this plan Lauryn! I am subscribed to the Pinkscription program and love the organization of it/all the awesome recipes and workout plan! The only thing I get stuck on is when I am doing the daily workout I get frustrated when having to flip through the exercise library to read what the workout pose should look like. I feel like it takes me a while to familiarize myself with each workout so I can’t do the moves back/back and there are a lot of pauses to read. I hope that makes sense. Do you have any tips for this problem?? 🙂 Thanks for all the massive work you’ve done for us on the Bombshell Body Plan! Love reading your blog each day.
Hi Lizzie!
Ugh yeah getting familiar with the workouts can take some time.
What I recommend is before you start, look through the workouts for the day, and grab the workouts from the library so you can easily look at them. Also, look over them before you start so you can have an idea of which workouts you’re doing that day.
Thank you for the feedback!
xx
Love this post! xx

Loveee your shoes, they go so well with the socks!
Question about the Bombshell Guide: are there also eating tips or tips to really stick to a healthy diet? (if so, *in a hopeful voice* are they gluten free??).

Thank you Bonnie :)) If you get a pair of socks share them with me on social! I want to see which ones you get! xx
Thanks for sharing part of the plan! It looks great!
Hi Lauryn,
I’ve followed you for many years now, and beside your book, this is the most brilliant thing you’ve made! however, I am wondering.. Awhile back you mentioned Kayla Istines(don’t remember how it’s spelled)… You advocated for her workouts, so I tried them out. At first sight your workouts seem rather similar, so what I was wondering is the difference, if such exist? This is not to be annoying, I just want to make sure I don’t buy the same thing twice……. And I really want to subscribe to TSC to be honest… My financial conscience just don’t agree if I don’t have a good reason, if you know what I mean!
Btw, sorry my English – I’m from Denmark 🙂
Looking forward to your answer!
Xx Julie
Hi Julie!
You are so sweet! Thank you for all the support and kind words.
Regarding your questions, yes my guide is different from Kayla’s in a few ways. BTW I LOVE Kayla’s plan! She did a great job! Did you see results?
My plan includes all of my favorite workouts. the one’s that I’ve found most effective for a wide range of bodies. The workouts are only 27 minutes, they are designed for the girl on the go, and they do not require that you have a ton of equipment to complete them.
I’ve found that the Bombshell Body Guide is SUPER effective, but my main goal with the plan is to help you guys kickstart a healthy lifestyle, so the TSC Lifestyle Community is super important. In the community there are tons of extra exclusives, which I update every single month for you babes. These resources are separate from the guide, and are there so that you have extra tools to get fit and healthy.
Some of those extras include targeted workout plan for specific areas of the body, recipes with specific instructions and pictures, meal plans, and nutrition guides. I am also working on some workout videos for you! Like I said, I am updating every single month. My plan isn’t just a here you go and your done kind of thing, you’re getting new content constantly to keep the lifestyle going.
I hope I answered your questions!
If you have any more feel free to email BombshellBody@TheSkinnyConfidential.com
Again thank you for reading and your sweet comments :))

Thank you for this! The workout looks great, and you just blew my mind! It has never occurred to me that SOCKS are the number one thing requested in homeless shelters. It’s really eye opening, and thank you for doing awesome work!
Allegra, I know crazy right?! It make’s sense though sock are such a necessity.
Thanks for reading :))

You’re the absolute cutest! I’m obsessed with your book, blog and life!!! It’s a great guide for anyone and everyone! Thanks for sharing, love the cause. What workout gear do you typically wear when working out? My fav is lulu
Thank you Sam! xx
Great post! I have literally gotten everyone in my sorority completely hooked on your blog, it’s the best! Quick questions – I just ordered coconut oil off of amazon. Do you use coconut oil in your cooking or find benefits from eating a tablespoon a day? Also my friends have been ordering iced-green tea from Starbucks with added matcha-green tea powder. Thoughts on matcha powder? Thanks 🙂
Hi Hannah,
To answer your question, I use coconut oil for both! It’s seriously so useful! I put it in my hair, it makes it so silky smooth. I sometimes rub it on my skin, it’s so moisturizing.
It’s way healthier for cooking than using butter or Pam or something like that.
When I eat a tablespoon of it I always add a bunch of energizing seeds. It’s literally energy in a spoon! No joke. See this post: https://www.theskinnyconfidential.com/2014/03/27/zinnnng-spoonful-energy-start/
As far as green tea goes, I’m obsessed! I drink it all the time. Matcha also has a ton of benefits! I say def keep adding it!

Hey there! I’m anxiously waiting for the vegetarian guide. 🙂 Also, do you know when the videos will be released?
I’m a TIU girl, but one thing that I’ve always LOVED about you and what you stand for is simplicity! TIU is great and all and I adore the community, but those recipes are not cheap and not easy. Your recipes and now your workout guide sounds like it will fit my lifestyle more, can’t wait to get mine.
Hi Kristin,
I’m working on the vegetarian guide. I want it to be perfect! Same with the videos. I don’t know if you read my recent post about my surgery, but I am currently recovering and still working on everything.
You are so sweet! I am all about keeping it simple. I think you will love the Bombshell Body Guide and TSC Community.

Hi Lauryn!
You said these workouts take 27 minutes each. Now I’m no math expert but doing 10 workouts for 30 seconds each equals 5min, then do it over 2 more times equals 15 minutes. What am I missing here? Where did the other 13 minutes go? Am i not calculating it correctly? I’m feeling really dumb right now, haha!
Also in the picture it shows Week 1 and then 3 different sets of 10 moves. Are you supposed to do all 30 of those moves in one workout? Or is the “repeat 2x” instruction only of the same 10 moves and the rest are for different days? Ex: Do #1 on Mon, #2 on Wed & #3 on Fri sort of deal? Am i even making any sense?
Thanks in advance for the clarification!
Hi Madison!
No you are totally right!
You are missing the warm and cool down. The warm up takes about six minutes, the cool down takes between 5-10 minutes depending on your pace. I always take about 7 minutes to cool down so it all adds up to 27 minutes!
Regarding your second question, the workouts on each page reflect one week and they are broken up into each day (3 days per week). 10 poses for each day, which you repeat twice + the warm up and cool down.
You can either choose to rest on your off days, or do some of the suggested activities I listed in the introduction. I suggest yoga, hiking, walking, take a dance class or barre class, whatever you want! But definitely find time to rest too, especially if you’re feeling too tired or sore 🙂
Does that make sense?
If you still have questions send a quick email to: BombshellBody@TheSkinnyConfidential.com
LMK if my answers help 🙂
xx
Lauryn
Your answers help tremendously, thanks! Are there examples of good things to do for a warm up and cool down in the guide? I’ll definitely be purchasing it! Thanks again!
Madison
Hi Madison,
Yes there are examples of warm up and cool down exercises.
