[ Trop 50 or Simply Orange Juice? ]
[ Mayo with olive oil or light mayo? ]
[ Lite syrup or 100% pure maple syrup? ]
Let’s play a game! Above & below there are eight, split pictures. For each picture, which is the smarter choice? Some of the items are not the healthiest. I am not telling you to eat Flamin’ Hot Cheetos on the reg, until your fingers are permanently stained red & you’ve added ten unnecessary pounds to your butt. My point is: if you’re going to make a bad [ or in some cases, good ] decision, which is the lesser of two evils?
++ Answers:
1.} Simply Orange wins: it has no added chemicals.
2.} Mayo with olive oil wins: it has no saturated fat.
3.} Pure maple syrup wins: lite syrup contains bloating sweeteners.
4.} Baked Flamin’ Hot Cheetos wins: always choose baked over fried.
5.} Truvia wins: it has no added chemicals and is all-natural, as opposed to Splenda which contains bloating, nasty chemicals.
6. } Arugula wins: there are way more nutrients and vitamins in arugula than regular Romaine lettuce.
7. } Greek yogurt wins: fat free yogurt contains chemicals & gross additives.
8.} Simply Cookies wins: this brand contains all-natural ingredients.

Fancy idea! Wasn’t sure with some comparisons…
Where you’ve learnd all this stuff about healthy eating? Own research?
Oooo I love this. I am going to say the Simply Orange Juice, Mayonnaise with olive oil, the baked cheetos, the pure maple syrup, I’m going to with truvia because splenda is highly carconogenic even though I don’t know what truvia is (stevia is an even better option!), and simply chocolate chip cookies and greek yogurt with berries…Definitely my final answers.
All correct- nice job; Truvia is rebiana, derived from the stevia plant! xo
Love this game!
Hi! Do you use the whole fat greek yogurt or fat free?
Hey Katie! I like 1% ; ) xo

I NEVER buy food with aspartame or other nasty chemicals.
It simply cannot be healthy! 🙂
I’m new to your blog! Really enjoying it but I had to comment regarding Truvia- not as good as you may think! Made by Cargill and it’s definitely GMO product:
