    Hey Lauren! I absolutely LOVE your site. I check it like 2x a day its sad! 😛 Well anyways, I’m a health/food/fitness junkie too but I also have a stomach condition called gastroparesis which means my stomach digests slower than normal which causes pain and nausea if I eat too much at once or food with too much fat or fiber (good or bad). I am currently trying to gain some good weight but eating even more often than before (mostly protein, fruit and veggies of course – being a broke college student I live off the apples and bananas I steal from the dining hall) and cutting back on my cardio. I don’t want to lose any of my muscle or lose all of my cardio in process though! Any ideas to still work out yet still gain some weight? Thank you 🙂
