Kick Your Own Ass With TSC Alarms

Thinking of creative ways to help people add a little motivation to their day is so fun. What better way to do this than to add some TSC alarms into the mix.

These alarms are very much inspired by Gary Vaynerchuk & they’re meant to kick your own ass in the morning when you’re feeling tired. ( This podcast all about motivation is one you should defs listen to if your mornings are a little hard to kick start. )

You guys probably know by now that I’m very serious about my morning routine. It’s totally non-negotiable & really sets the tone of my day. I practice light, movement & hydration before I even look at my phone.

If you’re feeling like you need more time in the day for self care, download one of these to wake up 15 minutes earlier than normal. I mean, if you can’t carve out 15 minutes for yourself, are you really living? I actually feel like doing this creates more time in the day because you’re more centered & it makes you feel like you have your shit together. Use the extra time to meditate, read ( The Daily Stoic is perfect in the morning ), have a coffee in stillness…whatever!

You can download any ( or all! ) of these alarms to your phone to wake up in a very TSC way.

Keep Your Day Efficient

  1. I just listened to your podcast about email etiquette. Definitely made me think because I have been guilty of writing long emails or text messages. Everyone is busy doing a million and one things nowadays. Being considerate is getting straight to the point. Also, I totally agree with Michael about people needing to google and do their own fucking research before they ask for help!
