The Skinny Confidential Hot Minute Planner
It’s actually been like 13 years in the making. This one sheet plan really sets the tone of the day & helps things run JUST SO smoothly. Like, you’re gonna be running the day instead of the day running you. There’s even space to write down your skincare routine. So on brand.


HERE’S AN EXAMPLE HOW-TO:
♡ Write the date at the top.
♡ Track your skincare for the day.
I mean, we always want to be switching up our masks & making sure we don’t over-exfoliate, right?
♡ Then write down some things you’re grateful for.
I like to do 3-4 things & they can be anything, get super specific.
♡ Write down your intentions.
One day I wrote productive, funny & focused.
♡ List out your book, meditation, music, podcast & workout for the day.
For example, one day mine looked like this:
BOOK: Tools of Titans
MEDITATION: legs up the wall with Mimi Bouchard
MUSIC: TSC Felling Jazzy Spotify Playlist
PODCAST: Robert Greene
WORKOUT: P.Volve & walk
Sidenote: Can we just go off for a second about meditation? I recently wrote a blog post based on some recent IG stories that you guys were so into. It’s changed my life, my days, my weeks, & benefited my relationships, my family, my business- like meditation is just incredible, really. The main benefits I’ve experienced are mental clarity, being proactive instead of reactive & I have a calmer mindset. You have to try it, all the details are here. Ok, back to the cute, efficient planner.


♡ Next comes your to-do list.
Personally, I like to write down 6 things in order of importance. Whatever doesn’t get done is moved to my to-do list the following the day.
The last one is also known as The Ivy Lee Method, which we’ve talked about before. It’s one of my favorite productivity hacks & really makes all the difference.
♡ Then there’s a WEEKLY MICRO-GOAL section.
These could be literally anything. Some ideas are: read 3 pages of a book each morning, do 10 squats every night before brushing your teeth, drink lemon water before every meal, spend 20 minutes before bed working on a new business plan – just write out anything you want to accomplish. After interviewing so many high achievers, they all agree: small daily habits lead to big changes.
Highly recommend doing this, it makes a big difference.
