    I have to ask you a question and I hope you will be able to answer 🙂
    I recently started a non carb diet… I am already thin but I want to get less bloated if you know what I mean. So to my question.. Do you think it would be a good idea to drink a protein shake as an afternoon snack to make sure that my body doesn’t start breaking down the muscles instead of the fat? Or is this gonna make my look bulky?

      I am not a huge fan of protein shakes (they’re ok sometimes); I feel like they’re not a sustainable food- you can’t have one for the rest of your life! Try lots of water based fruits, veggies, eggs, hummus, & lemon (it’s a natural diuretic). It’s more practical and it will help you with bloating. Thank you for reading Kat! xxo ; )
