Frozen Gummy Bears

Sometimes you just crave candy. No matter how healthy you are there’s something SO satisfying about enjoying some chewy candy. Gummy bears bring me back to my childhood and going to the movies. If I wasn’t getting a crunchy milkshake I was getting one loaded with gummy worms & oreos.

Since I’ve upgraded my food choices a bit since then I’m not exactly dying for a gummy worm & oreo milkshake. HOWEVER, there is something insanely delicious about a cold gummy candy. Sounds weird right? Just trust me on this and give it a shot. Frozen gummy bears & fruit snacks are MAGIC.

If there’s one thing I love it’s texture. Hence the crunchy milkshake. SO texture. When you freeze gummy candy it takes on a new texture. Not quite solid but not quite chewy. It’s addicting really.

These frozen candies are perfect to satisfy your sweet tooth and provide a refreshing bite.

CANDY TIP

Choose wisely. Not all candy is created equal. A lot of candy contains additives and sugar. Avoid those and go for ones that contain real fruit juices and ingredients you can pronounce. Right now I’m loving Yum Earth Organic candy. Investigate and find one that works for you. When choosing candies like chocolate the darker the better.
