Just because it’s Saint Patty’s day doesn’t mean I’ll be shoving my face with corn beef & cabbage and thick, sickie Irish Car Bombs.
My pot of gold comes in the form of honeydew: cut it in half ( big plus, peeps: it’s green ) & fill it with sliced kiwi, green grapes, & garnish with mint leaves. To make your set up pretty, add green flowers ( I know, right? Green flowers exist?! ).
Ta-da.
A lean, green, healthy recipe for Sunday.
If you have kiddo’s: dye some Greek yogurt green ( food coloring works, but if you want to get cray, you can try this DIY for natural coloring ) & sprinkle some Lucky Charms around the plate. The colorful cereal will distract kids from the fact that they’re eating fruit.
I mean, sorry that I’m not sorry that I don’t want a pot full of calories at the end of the rainbow!
Happy Saint Patrick’s day, you lil’ Leprechauns! xx.
NICE pics and post!Do you want to follow eachother?

Occasions doesn’t mean that we are going to eat that only instead we can add variety of new things to the festival. The fruit salad idea is simple and innovative much to surprise the vegetarian.
