Happy Sunday babes!

Just wanted to share some hottie fitness favorites I’m currently dying over. Hopefully this gives you some inspiration to sweat this week.

I definitely need a good sweat ( or ten ) after all of the chips, salsa, & margaritas I put down this week in Cabo.

Did you indulge a little too much this week like I did?

  5. One way to gauge moderate activity is with the “talk test”—exercising hard enough to break a sweat but not so hard you can’t comfortably carry on a conversation. Vigorous-intensity aerobic activity causes more rapid breathing and a greater increase in heart rate, but you should still be able to carry on a conversation—with shorter sentences.

    1. As your body adapts to exercise, you’ll need to push yourself more and more to get the same cardiovascular workout. Another way to know that it’s time to pick up the pace is if you see your weight or waist size start creeping up on you.

    2. A pre-workout shake is most effective if drunk around half an hour before you start your session. If you don’t begin your workout until hours after you’ve downed it, you’re unlikely to see any real benefit. And don’t pick a shake that’s purely protein-based. “A shake with high protein and low carbs is not ideal,”

  6. So in love with your adorable outfit! I always find that getting new active wear always makes me want to kick my butt into gear and get back in the gym! Thanks for sharing!

    1. Dietary supplements offer all of the benefits that natural sources do, though in a different, more quick absorbing form. Athletes and people with a lack of protein in their diets can use them to recover much quicker, build muscle and as a quick source when they need to consume more.

  7. Exercise is one of those rare things where the hype actually meets reality. Next to not smoking, getting regular physical activity is arguably the best thing you can do for your health. Any amount of exercise is better than none. The more you get, though, the better. And remember: Cutting back on television-watching and other sedentary pastimes is just as important as becoming more active.

  8. The consumption of some dietary supplements may also help prevent cancer. A number of essential vitamins, including vitamins A, C and E, act as antioxidants in the body. They work to neutralize chemicals called free radicals that cause oxidative damage within your cells.

    1. Maybe you exercise to tone your thighs, build your biceps, or flatten your belly. Or maybe you work out to ward off the big killers like heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. But how about sweating to improve your mind? Exercise is the single best thing you can do for your brain in terms of mood, memory, and learning.

    1. Exercise acts as a temporary diversion to daily stresses and it improves self-esteem. Increased core temperature during exercise may lead to reduced muscle tension and favourable alterations in brain neurotransmitters.

  9. Physical activity helps to reduce body fat by building or preserving muscle mass and improving the body’s ability to use calories. When physical activity is combined with proper nutrition, it can help control weight and prevent obesity, a major risk factor for many diseases.

    1. Regular physical activity can improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance. Exercise and physical activity deliver oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and help your cardiovascular system work more efficiently. And when your heart and lungs work more efficiently, you have more energy to go about your daily chores.

    2. With all of the workout supplements available today, it can be overwhelming to try to determine which supplements accomplish what tasks. Before you start taking any supplement, you need to first determine what you are trying to achieve.

  11. There are workout supplements that can be beneficial for a number of different reasons. If you are looking to gain more energy or use your fuel more efficiently, that is one workout supplement. If you are looking to build muscle, that is another supplement. Repairing your muscles post workout can be aided with yet a different supplement.

  12. Yes i am a MAN, but I was browsing to find some gym wear to buy for my wife as we exercise together and just wanted to say thanks for the awesome visuals, made the job easier to the styles that I think she is going to love.

  13. To reach the ideal amount of protein, you only have to include a ration of some protein food in each of the main meals of the day, although you must adapt the proportion to the energy needs of each person. The Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method is a medical protocol designed that contains 2 main components: weight loss and education in a healthy lifestyle to help in maintaining the results after the diet.

  17. Hi! I’ve been exercising for fitness all of my adult life, and periodically and fairly regularly I just stop? It’s a routine for me, and breaking the routine for a few days makes it easy to run into weeks, or even months. I’ve always found exercising, whether it’s running, or working out to be better and more fun with a friend. I’ve also found that having a workout, or running friend that shares my fitness goals helps keep me committed to the regularity. And even though I like fitness to be fun, that’s always been secondary to staying healthy for me.
