  1. Interesting link on the “I’m full” signal… Stopping when you’re full can be tricky, can’t it? My biggest trick to avoid getting to that point is portioning my food first. That way, I don’t really have to worry too much about over-doing it, because I’ve already set my limit before I sit down! It’s a lot harder to go back into the kitchen and serve up another plate.
