Examples of Protein Meals While Cleansing

After doing some research, I discovered that it is not necessary to eat all your protein at once. Let me explain: you juice every hour, for eight hours with lots of water & tea. Then at night you eat six ounces of protein with tons of veggies. My discovery: you can eat your six ounces whenever– so two ounces in the morning [ think a poached egg ] & then four ounces at night or three ounces in the AM & three ounces in the PM. Whatever works best for you ; ). This makes the entire cleanse easier!

These are some examples of proteins meals my friends & I have eaten during the cleanse: salad with lemon & olive oil + tuna fish, an egg quiche with large tomato slices + veggies, spaghetti squash w/ veg + a turkey burger [ no pictured ], and/or a poached egg on arugula.

  1. Well that changes everything! I think being able to eat your protein during the day as well will make it much easier!

    1. Exercise enhances blood flow to the brain, possibly reducing risk of stroke. It also improves reasoning and memory.Regular exercise arouses the brain and slows down degeneration of the central nervous system, which leads to slower reaction times and poorer coordination.
