Some of you guys saw that I shared my daytime makeup routine on Snapchat the other day, & one of the staple products shared was CC cream. That same day a lovely little package of goodies arrived with a bunch of other goodies. Coincidently the package contained my favorite CC cream.

so this isn’t a beauty tip but on my wedding morning I couldn’t sleep so I hit the hotel gym for a quick workout. While working out I ended up throwing my back out! I don’t usually take traditional medicine so I obviously didn’t have anything for the pain..fortunately my mother in law had some pain killers because she has a bad back so I popped one of those. Long story short, make sure you have some sort of tylenol, aleve, etc you never know what could happen 😉

I got married in May of last year and went through figuring out what to put in my emergency kit and without a doubt, two things I needed the most were a tide to go pen (my train got so dirty and this saved me!) also double sided tape to hold everything in place (after sweating a bit I would re-apply them).

No, I legit needed a tampon. My MOH had to hold my dress up for me while I changed it! Good thing we are close, right?! TMI????

BABY POWDER. Not technically makeup but girl you will need it.
Band-Aid Friction Block Stick!!! trust me you need this on your wedding day. By the end of the night your feet are gonna be hurting you and this little baby is invisible and prevents any blisters from friction. It’s a life saver.

Okay, I’m def getting this CC cream! You, once again!, sold me – I LOVE CC’s {way better than BBs} & was using the stri-vectin anti aging one and I can’t seem to find it anywhere these days. Also love the high SPF – thanks for sharing! x
I got married on New Years Eve last year and felt totally prepared and on top of it when it came to beauty products. The one thing I totally needed halfway through the reception and didn’t have is “Clean & Clear Oil Absorbing Sheets!” It sounds silly but even for someone who doesn’t have oily skin or a sweating problem (like at all), the most important day of your life brings out the forehead shine!! When we got all of our professional photos back, you can tell about halfway through the night how shiny my forehead was. If I had an oil absorbing product some of my photos might have turned out a bit better. Regardless, the night was perfect anyway 🙂

I needed a safety pin since the button that held my train up got ripped off when someone stepped on my skirt during dancing. And then I needed some neosporin when the safety pin came unlatched as my husband took off my dress that night and it scratched me all the way up the back of my leg!
A mirror! I kept moving the whole time and I didn’t notice how much my hair had wilted so by the end of the night I thought I was getting these great photos, but I didn’t look as on point as I felt!
MUST have for the wedding: a good deodorant! ??
We once had a groom cut his face shaving the day of the wedding! I would highly suggest having a chalk pencil and the liquid-clear-bandage on hand…just in case! 😉 For out door weddings, we always have bug spray on hand as well. <3

I’ve done the wedding thing babe… I honestly thought I was going to need the cutest little clutch (which I bought of course) with floss, lip gloss, compact mirror and few other things for “touch ups” and I didn’t use the damn thing! It ended up in my big bag tucked away in a locker (got married at a country club)… I was too busy doing the “bride thing” and before you know it.. the day was over. So what you think you are going to NEED doesn’t always happen.
I definitely needed bobby pins and hairspray. That is a long time to keep up an undo!
