YOU GUYS.
I have a little secret to share, that is a TOTAL game changer.
Let me preface this by mentioning for those of you that haven’t realized this about me yet: My ultimate goal is ALWAYS to find ways to SAVE TIME.
TIME is the only resource ALL people have the same amount of, so how YOU use your time can make all the difference. Saving yourself TIME gives you a competitive advantage in EVERYTHING, as long as it doesn’t compromise quality.
Okay, so that being said, my little secret is: I don’t have to go to the grocery store if I don’t want to!
Yep. Here’s why:
I have a TON of delivery services I use to reduce the amount of trips I have to make to the store. Postmates, Blue Apron, Amazon Prime, Amazon FRESH, the list goes on & on.
I still go to the store whenever I need one-off items for a recipe, if we ran out, or just to browse for new things to try, etc. There are some things though, that I ALWAYS have delivered via Amazon Prime. Consider these my staple deliveries, that I’ll always order online.
8 Foods You Can Buy On AMAZON:
ONE: Organic Bee Pollen
A staple in my diet, they’re a great addition to TSC magic seeds, fight against pesky allergies, & are rich in proteins, free amino acids, and vitamins, including B-complex AND folic acid.
TWO: Organic Turmeric Root Powder
I’m a REAL fan of turmeric root. There’s just SO many benefits, my favorite being it’s anti inflammatory properties. You can use turmeric in literally every smoothie, a dash is all you need. Or try turmeric golden milk! It’s SO tasty!
THREE: Hemp Hearts
A staple in TSC magic seeds ( which I use in EVERYTHING ), hemp hearts are an easy to digest protein ( more so than eggs, milk, & cheese! ), are a great source of Omega-6 fatty acids, AND a great source of vitamin E.
FOUR: Organic Maple Syrup
Maple Syrup is a sweetener that’s FULL of natural benefits. Think anti-cancer, anti bacterial, anti-diabetic, TONS of vitamins & antioxidants, & best of all maple syrup has been known to boost your immune system. Use a dash in your oatmeal, in a smoothie to add sweetness, OR make TSC Three Ingredient Pancakes for a healthy, sweet breakfast.
FIVE: Steel Cut Oats
So simple, so easy. Steel cut oats are full of fiber so they help everything stay regular, you know what I mean. Fiber is GOD. Add some fresh berries, maple syrup, magic seeds, & your digestive tract will thank you!
SIX: Apple Cider Vinegar
This shit is THE REAL DEAL. You can check out the benefits of ACV in more detail HERE. I drink it almost daily in TSC Detox Drink, it’s super cleansing because it kills bacteria, therefore boosting your immune system.
SEVEN: Almond Butter
My favorite healthy fat option, organic almond butter combats cardiovascular disease, and is also a major energy booster!
EIGHT: Organic Lentils
Dr. Oz says lentils are one of the top 3 super foods in the world. You can throw the in smoothies, soups, use an alternative to beans for tacos & mexican recipes, the options are endless! Check out all of the benefits of lentils HERE.
So there you have it, the items I’m always having delivered via Amazon. Honestly, if you’re looking for a way to save time, having grocery items delivered is a total game changer. You can even have water, paper towels, cleaning products, literally ANYTHING delivered. It’s the best.
Do you have any staple grocery items delivered to your house instead of always picking them up? Would love to know!
ALSO, leave a comment below if you have a delivery service you love that I didn’t mention above.

You have peeked my interest with this bee pollen…so I think I have to try it 😉
xxoo
hi lauryn! i literally buy everything you post. literally everything. like i just came home 10 minutes ago with pink salt, & my boyfriend was like, “we already have 2 other kinds of salt.” he knows to just shut up when i say, “but the skinny confidential uses it.” anyways! quick question. i am a hair stylist in a salon that sells oribe & kerastase. we always encourage clients to never ever purchase these products at places such as amazon because they are not purchased directly from the distributor & therefore run the risk of being expired, counterfeit, (yes people make fake name brand hair products) or have been sitting in hot warehouses, etc. This being said, I’m always nervous to buy products like food, perfume, makeup on amazon. just wondering if you know anything behind this? like are there certain sellers you only buy from? i do only know my facts about hair products btw! thanks girl! xo
I would love to try turmeric too! This is amazing! I love that you can now get them on Amazon!
InstaCart! Living in a city, this has been a game changer. You can pay $150 a year for free deliveries, aka weekly (sometimes more) grocery delivery definitely pays for itself especially if you have it delivered during “prime” times. I usually order from Whole Foods, but you can buy from Safeway, Costco and even local health shops (like Rainbow Grocery in SF). I don’t have a car, so lugging a bag of groceries on my bike or even walking limited what I could buy, but this helps so much!
I wish Amazon delivered to Australia!! I would be purchasing EVERYTHING haha x
Totally with you on the bee pollen – I add it to everything and have been known to down a teaspoon full whilst cooking! Quick note that omega 6 fats aren’t things we should be trying to get more of (99.9% of americans get wayyyy more of this inflammatory fat than we need) – but hemp hearts are also a solid source of omega 3 fats, which are super good for brain/beauty 🙂
Yes with the time saving tips! I live in NYC and between commuting, working 50+ hours a week and just the general chaos of being in the city I swear that grocery delivery has saved me! I use Fresh Direct/Food Kick and Instacart from Whole Foods for groceries, and order cleaning/household supplies from Grove.co (<-Lauryn, you would love this company!!), amazon and soap.com. I use amazon dash buttons for dog food, paper towels and toilet paper so we never run out. I also have all of my laundry picked up and delivered for wash and fold once per week because it's so cheap here! I'd rather pay $20 and save a couple hours than do it myself. Last tip is hiring a housekeeper. I'm really OCD about keeping my place clean but once per week hire someone to come and do the deep down cleaning (bathrooms, stovetop, mopping, dusting) that is super time consuming. I used to think it was so unnecessary in a small apartment but it has become invaluable!
So helpful! Who knew you could find so many great things on Amazon! Check out http://www.stylesquaredclothing.com for adorable athletic wear!!
I actually have several of these in my pantry right now!

Omg I LOVE a lot these products but I had no idea they were available on Amazon. So excited to try out the ones I haven’t tried yet, and order the ones I already am a fan of.
I’d love to try some of these products. I’m currently using tumeric and Apple Cider Vinegar which adds to a healthy diet and they are very helpful in many ways. This is really a great and healthy read. Keep them coming and all the best to you Lauryn! 🙂
Thanks for the support Nancy! x
